STONE CLADDINGS: Stone cladding will be recreated using FRP-FR (Fire Retardant Fibre Reinforced Plastic) with a WR matte finish, designed to replicate the texture and appearance of natural stone. Detailed clay modelling will be done to capture authentic surface patterns. The panels will be cast, finished, and fixed as cladding elements. Final surface treatment will include sanding, paint, and a PU protective coating to ensure durability against UV exposure, moisture, and environmental wear, while significantly reducing structural load.

PATHAL SUPPORTING PILLAR: Making and installation of traditional pahadi theme pillar (8FT height) for supporting of pathal roof. Clay models will be sculpted to mimic wooden resembling carved pillar, followed by die casting for FRP production. Final treatment includes sanding, paint, and PU coating for protection against UV, moisture, and weather with MS frame support.

4. SEATING BENCHES: Making and installation of benches for football Seating at DSA ground in FRP FR with WR matte finish. It will be made in clay by a moulding artist then further pieces will be obtained and jointed together with finishing, sanding and paint work to be done at last with PU coating to protect the paint from external factors. MS framwork will be used for structural support

FALL CEILING: The fall ceiling will be fabricated using FRP-FR (Fire Retardant Fibre Reinforced Plastic) panels with a WR matte finish, offering a lightweight, durable, and low maintenance alternative to conventional materials. The design will be first sculpted in clay to achieve desired patterns ortraditional detailing, followed by die casting for panel production. The FRP panels will be installed on a suitable framework, with jointsconcealed and surfaces finished through sanding, paint, and a final PU coating to protect against dust, moisture, and UV exposure, ensuring long-term performance and aesthetic appeal.

MURALS: The murals will be crafted using FRP-FR material with a WR matte finish. A skilled sculpture molding artist will shape the initial design, followed by the creation of a mold. The casting process will then be carried out, after which the murals will be finalized and painted with precision to ensure long-lasting durability and to protect the color in all weather conditions, a PU coating will be applied upon completion. This protective layer will help preserve the vibrancy and integrity of the murals over time.

LOCKER FOR PLAYERS: The scope of work includes the fabrication and installation of 16 individual lockers for the players' locker room. Each locker will be constructed with dimensions of 29" x 18" x 20", using high-quality materials to ensure durability and functionality. The work will include the complete fabrication of lockers, on-site installation, final finishing, and cleaning to ensure readiness for use.

Wooden plank flooring: Installation of pine wooden plank flooring using premium seasoned planks with 18 mm waterproof board as base, securely fixing with nailing for proper alignment and stability. The surface will be polished and finished with multiple coats of lacquer to ensure enhanced shine, durability, and long-lasting resistance against wear, moisture, and weathering.
