Excavation in foundation and trenches ( for pipes and pits) upto all depths etc. in all kinds of soil such as pick work ,jumper work and saturated soil including bailling or pumping out of water, blasting in soft/ hard rock or chiseling or wedging out of same where blasting is prohibited in all leads and lifts including trimming and dressing of side leveling of beds to correct grade including shoring strutting , planking timbering and dewatering wherever required, stacking usable and unusable material/ soil separetely and after laying jointing of pipes, returning the excavated soil in 15cm by ramming and watering and the disposing of all surplus excavated soil /unusable material as directed within all leads and lifts including restoration of unmetaled surfaces to its original condition and including cost of diversion of trafic, night signal, boards, fixing caution boards, crossing over trenches for access to houses, fencing etc. complete in all respect as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge

Demoletion / taking out pavor block & CC work at G.I. & Disposal of un-serviceable materials within all leads and lifts un-reinforced concrete work and black top surface of roads, gally etc. upto 15 cm thickness including all leads lifts and carriage of materials at site as per direction of Engineer in-charge.

Laying Jointing & testing in trenches centrifugal Cast Ductile iron Tyton Pressure Pipe confirming BIS 8329-2000 C-series K-7 inside cement mortar lined suitable or push on joints for sewer line including rubber gasket SBR confirming to ISS-2810-1987, cutting of pipe chamfering where required ( earth work in trenches jointing of pipes to be measured and paid for seperately) including all leads lifts and carriage of material at site and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8(1cement:4sand:8 graded stone agg.40mm nominal size)and curing complete excluding the cost of Centering & Shuttering in foundation & plinth complete in all respects as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge in all reads and lift.

Ist Class brick work using common building bricks in foundation & Plinth in Cement Mortar 1:4(1cement:4sand) in all leads lifts and carriage etc. as per direction of Engineer inchrge.

15mm thick cement plaster in single coat on the fair side of bricks/stone/concrete walls for interior plastering upto floor two level including arrises internal rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth in cement mortor 1:3(1cement:3sand) and curing complete including all leads lifts and carriage of materials at site as per direction of Engineer-incharge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4(1cement:2app.sand: 4 app. graded stone agg. 20mm nominal size )and curing complete excluding cost of form work form work in foundation and plinth in all respects as per direction of the Engineer-incharge.

Providing form work with steel sheets 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron 30x30x5 mm so as to give rough finish including centring shuttering structing and propping etc. with wooden bettens & Ballies, height or propping & centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 mtr.and removal of the same for insitu reinforced concrete and plain.

a)Flat surfaces such as sofits and suspended floors, roofs landing and the like floors etc. up to 200 mm in thickness.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4(1cement:2app.sand: 4 app. graded stone agg. 20mm nominal size )and curing complete excluding cost of form work & reinforcement for reinforced work in suspended floors, roofs landing shelves and their supports balconies, beams, girders bressumers and cantilivers upto to floor two level in all height and depth, including all leads lifts and carriage of material at site and as per direction of the Engineer-incharge.

Providing Mild/Tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending binding & placing in positing I/c all leads lifts and carriage of material and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Prov. & fixing SFRC Man Hole cover with collar 500mm dia complete in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying soiling in 15 cm layer dry hand packed etc. including all leads, lifts and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 ( 1 cement:3 sand:6 graded stone 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinth including all leads lifts and carriage of material and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying of inter locking concrete block pavement having thickness 80mm as per drawing and specification clause 1504 including all leads, lifts and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
