Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 2 no. of 60 MT electronic weigh bridges at SLF Okhla under MCD

SITC of pit less type weigh bridge having capacity 60 MT, Accuracy 10 Kg., Platform size 12 Mtr. X 3.5 Mtr. with details of platform plate/ side beam (i.e. thickness, material & make etc.): - Modular Welded Deck Structure made up of rolled steel with IS: 2062 fabricated 2 nos. Side beam 500 X 150 mm joist, fabricated with min. 25 nos. of 250 X 125 cross joist and 6 nos. of 450mmX150 mm cross joist with suitable spacing & 12 mm plates on top welded with antiskid strips, 8 set of foundation plates & load cell mountings suitable for weigh bridge. All MS parts are cleaned to near metal finish and protected with premium quality primer and topped with premium quality Enamel paint. The scale is fully electronic in design and shall not incorporate any mechanical weighing elements. Required GI pipe for load cells cables routing is to be welded with platform. Foundation plates 400X400 mm, thickness 20 mm 8 nos. with 4 nos. foundation bolts of 20 mm diameter, 300 mm length. The approx. weight of weighbridge Platform will be minimum 8.5 ton.

SITC of 30 ton Load cell each of Steel alloy (Electronic Nickel Plated Tool Steel) hermetically sealed construction of digital compression type, Allowable safe over load on each cell shall be 150% of the design load and the impact load shall be designed for 300 % of the design load. The rated output sensitivity shall be 2mV/V + 0.002, IP68 Protection. Should capable of sensing from zero to rated capacity, built in suppression of interference voltage, compensated for variations in temperatures, Ingress & Lightning protection, Environmental protection IP69k along with Cable-4 core multi stranded screened.

SITC of Calibration Microprocessor based digital weight digitizer, Mounting- Wall or Desk mounted indicator and provision to adjust the viewing angle etc., IBN Display, 305 stainless steel enclosure, Graphics Min: 64 X 240 Pixels, 7 digits, Character size: 20mm * 10mm (8 inch) & display resolution > 16,000,000 and Centre of zero, Pre-set Tare, custom unit of measure, Multiple interface options (RS-232/ 485/ USB), unit of measure- Kg, IP rating- Indicator should have IP69K rated Stainless Steel Construction, Electric Power Input- 230V +/- 10%, 50Hz.

SITC of Junction box, Output of the load cells shall be connected to intermediate junction box that shall be summed up and the final output shall be converted from analog to digital signal. The value from the signal shall be displayed on the readout and also digital signal is to be transmitted to computer for report generation.

SITC of Weight Display indicator: - 2.3’ Red LED Display with suitable cable length.

Supply of Desktop Computer with following specification: - 13th Generation Intel® Core™ i5 processor or higher Windows 11 Home 60.5 cm (23.8) diagonal, FHD IPS display 16 GB DDR4-3200 RAM 1 TB SSD Hard Drive CPU with 2 numbers built in 9 pin serial port or USB- serial converter along with keyboard and mouse complete as required.

Supply of LaserJet duplex printer with Print, Scan, Copy capability and monthly duty cycle of more than 10000 A4 pages, built-in Wi-Fi capability, input paper handling: up to 150 pages etc. complete as required at site.

Supply of Computer Table: - Minimum (Width-800mm, Depth 490 Mm and Height-780 mm). The base material used in the table is MDF medium density fiber with PVC laminated surface. The full-length keyboard tray comes with telescopic slide instead of roller slide. The Printer Shelf Below can also be used for keeping Office material.

SITC of Connection Networking cable/ wire/ Piping: - PVC/ GI pipe with fittings/ clamp including cutting and making good the earth/ walls pipe is to be land below the ground level from weighbridge to computer room at suitable depth as per relevant norms. Networking/ internal connection Cabling: - All cable required for inter connecting the above hardware etc. weighbridge to computer inter connected are in the scope of the work. Electrical work: - Suitable switch board along with suitable rated MCB fitting for operating of weighbridge and computer etc. All items shall be as per relevant IS code.
