Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material at specified location within Airport premises as per direction of Engineer - in - charge. Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)
Dismantling of flexible pavement (bituminous courses) by mechanical means and disposal of dismantled material at specified location within Airport premises, as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
Dismantling manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material at specified location within Airport premises as per direction of Engineer-in-charge: Water Bound Macadam (WBM) / Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) Road.
Earthwork in excavation in all kinds of soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimiming bottom and side slopes in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections and transporting to embankment location with all lifts and leads within airport premises as per satisfaction and direction of Engineer-In-Charge.
Filling available excavated earth in depressions, low lying area in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, spreading and consolidating each deposited layer by watering and ramming with 0.5 tonne roller and every 3rd & topmost layer with 8-10 tonne vibratory roller, with all leads and lifts involved, complete as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge.
Consolidation of sub grade with power road roller of 8 to 12 tonne capacity including making good the undulations etc. with earth or quarry spoils etc. and re-rolling the sub grade and disposal of surplus earth at specified location within Airport premises as per directions of Engineer-in- Charge.
Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for : Foundations, footings, bases of columns, mass concrete etc.

Preparation of granular sub-base by providing close graded material, conforming to specifications mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed material by mechanical transport to work site, for all leads and lifts, spreading in uniform layers of specified thickness with mechanical means including neatly leveling & dressing on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Supply of cast iron Isolating Transformer Housing Box, water tight round type, metal container of outside size 330 mm dia, height 450 mm made of 10 mm thick cast iron moulding all round, except the top surface, which is 15 mm thick, cast iron moulding suitable to receive a light fitting base plate on the top and underground housing associated with transformer, power cable and having two holes opposite as per site requirement at the periphery, centre 75 mm above bottom surface suitable to receive 50 mm dia HDPE pipe as required. The box should have two SS earth bolts of M10x40 mm tapped inside near the hole (4" away from hole centre) and having drain hole at the bottom suitably tapped to receive 15mm dia GI pipe and having clear opening of 220 mm at the top surface and 06 Nos. M10 tapped hole having centre to centre distance of 260mm alongwith bolts as required as per the drawings & complete in all respect as per site requirement.
Supply & fixing of CI collar round type of outside dia 330mm of 200mm height made of 10 mm thick cast iron moulding all round except on top surface which is 15 mm thick cast iron moulding suitable to receive a light fitting base plate on the top and existing CI transformer housing box at the bottom . The CI collar shall have a clear opening of 220mm at the top and bottom to fix the collar on the existing CI box including providing 6 nos. M10 bolt (SS) and a base plate gasket for each collar etc. as required.
Supply of following dia ISI mark HDPE pipe of PN6 & PE80 grade with accessories etc. and as per relevant IS amended upto date complete as per site requirement. A) 50 mm dia(OD)
Installation of Transformer Housing Boxes with a base concrete of 1:3:6 of size 630 x 630 x 100 mm. thick, all round concrete of 1:2:4, 150 mm. thick, the top sloped with 1:2:4 cement concrete including providing and fixing 10" long 15 mm. dia. "B" class GI pipe with check nuts for drainage of water including excavation of side shoulder and refilling (wherever the transformer boxes are in a line the same has to be aligned in such a way that the centre fall in a straight line) etc, complete as required. (The box shall project above the shoulder to a maximum of 5 cm.)
Laying of 50 mm dia HDPE pipe to connect the consecutive existing Transformer Housing Boxes at a suitable depth i/c providing the socket , lock/check nut /other suitable accessories at both sides of Transformer Housing wall to fix pipe. The laying shall be in hard surface /soft surface with standard industry practice with all safety and precautions including getting out the excavated materials , returning the soil as required in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth including consolidating each deposit layer by ramming & watering etc. making good the same & disposal of unusable material etc. as required as per the direction of Engineer-In -Charge.
