Execution of the work MW (Cons) S/R to ancient structure,boundary wall and construction of pathways of Ancient Remains at Bakshanagar, Sepahijala, Tripura for 2023-24

Details of Items :

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead.

Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in- charge

Excavation work by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soils as directed, within a lead of 50 m.Ordinary rock

Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor etc., up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing:1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Supplying and filling in plinth with sand under floors, including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete

Brick work with common burnt clay machine moulded perforated bricks of class designation 12.5 conforming to IS: 2222 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor five level in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) :With F.P.S.(non modular) bricks

Brick on edge flooring with bricks of class designation 7.5 on a bed of 12 mm cement mortar, including filling the joints with same mortar, with common burnt clay non modular bricks:1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement :1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Provision for 20 mm cement plaster of mix :1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand).

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Finishing walls with Weather coat Smooth exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm)

Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete

Finishing with Deluxe Multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using Primer as per manufacturers specifications .Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/ 10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/ 10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture.

Supplying and fixing retro reflective sign sheet of boards face to be fully covered with high intensity encapsulated type heat activated retro reflective sheeting conforming to type - IV of ASTM-D 4956-01 in blue and silver white or other colour combination including subject matter, message (bi lingual), symbols and borders etc. as per IRC ; 67:2001, pasted on substrate by an adhesive backing which shall be activated by applying heat and pressure conforming to class -2 of ASTM-D-4956-01 complete as per drawing , specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Excavating, supplying and filling of local earth (including royalty) by mechanical transport upto a lead of 5km also including ramming and watering of the earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm in trenches, plinth, sides of foundation etc. complete

Provision for tactile precast cement concrete tiles 22 mm thick in footpath & courtyard, jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles, including rubbing and cleaning etc. complete, on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand).Ordinary cement without any pigment.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for : Columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts and struts.

Pointing on brick work or brick flooring with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand): Flush / Ruled/ Struck or weathered pointing

Provision for supplying /purchasing of PVC different capacity dustbins (50- 60ltr+) with approved quality & brand by the engineer in-charge for proper disposal waste management at site including transportation, GST and all taxes etc completed.

Provision for 15 W solar street light with all accessories including underground wiring, lilon batteries up to 9 hours backup time Lumen 130, 60 w solar panel with 5 m GI pole & 5 mtr barbed wire (2 years warranty) etc to illuminate the pathways of monument as per requirement of site with transportation, fitting & fixing charges, installation, GST, and all taxes etc all complete as per direction of the Engineer in-charge

Provision for supplying C.I benches for visitors with approved design by the engineer in-charge including transportation, fitting & fixing charges, GST and all taxes etc completed and deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture including transportation, fitting & fixing, painting etc all complete as per direction of the Engineer in-charge.

Provision for supplying of following conservation materials and petty materials & others items to execute conservation works at ancient remains Boxanagar which included in estimated item no.22,23, 24,25.(Including all taxes, service charge, transportation charges etc completed at site.)
