M&L for B check general servicing by authorised rep of manufacturer of DG set of capacity 250 KVA, replacement of oil filter, fuel filter, air filter, by pass filter cleaning of radiator with chemical after draining out engine/ lubrication oil, coolant flushing and cleaning of oil chamber after opening of tappet cover/ top cover tappet clearence setting with injector timing adjustment reaffixing of tappet/ top cover including replacement of tappet cover packing set, bonding and leak proof sollution, oil pan/ chamber gasket at the servicing and other work comes under B Check service as mentioned in B Check by the manufacturer all as speciied and as directed. Note-Engine oil & Coolant will be included under respective item.

S & F and testing Electronic Governor Controller for 250 KVA DG Set including taking down old Governor Controller complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down the old U/S fan belt and Supply and Fix Fan belt of existing size for DG Set of capacity 250 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Cladding with glass/rock wool and aluminium sheets of exhaust manifoldfor for DG sets 250 KVA includung removing of existing asbestos rope or any other type of insulation complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix in replacement of battery brass terminals heavy duty suitable for 12V 180 AH battery with minimum 2 RM Battery Lead of copper Cable single core all as directed by engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement 3 pole power contactor MNX400, 400 Amps, 415 Volts, 50 HZ complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement fly wheel ring of DG Set of capacity 250 KVA as per existing make & model complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for draining out the diesel tank, cleaning/washing out the sludge and re-filling with diesel for the DG Set of capacity 250KVA complete all as specified and directed.

Removing old U/S insulating material asbestos rope and fixing of new of existing size and shape complete all as directed

M&L for repair to alternator of DG Set of capacity 250 KVA complete including rewinding & replacement of connected items such as bearing, sleeves Nut bolts, coupling etc complete all as specified and as directed

S&F ACP retro sign board of size 1.8 x1.2 Meter using retro reflective high intensity prismatic reflective sheeting. The back ground of board is Blue Colour with white border and writing letter, numbers white colour mentioning the Single line Schematic diagram of Pump House. Retro sign board shall be pasted on existing board complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge at site.

M&L for repair to radiator of 250 KVA DG set,arresting leakage if any by welding/brazing and refixing the same for (Necessary coolant and distrilled water required will be measured and paid seperately) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement DOL starter upto 5 HP complete all as specified & directed

Removing and replacing the old unserviceable lead acid battery of size 12 Volt, 180 AH of reputed make including charging all as specified as directed.

Supply only sodium hypochloride (liquid bleach) 10 % (20 ltr each pack) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for replacement of cable PVC insulated unarmored for connection 1.5 sqmm x 3 core Copper conductor duly drawn from junction box to street light fittings on poles including PVC flexible pipes complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In - Charge.
