Replacement of burnt Euroload Onload Changeover switch 800A, Open Execution, 4 Pole, 415V AC, S/C current:80kA rms with new one of same specification, installed for Hot Water Generators at AC plant of Hon’ble High Court Complex, Jammu by way of disconnecting the electrical supply and dismantling the damaged changeover switch by removing the cables from both the ends of the changeover. Providing and fitting of new changeover switch of same specification of L&T/Havells/Siemens/ABB/C&S/Schneider make. The changeover switch should include 12 No phase separator. The module should comprises of two load switch disconnectors coupled together and mechanically interlocked with a common outgoing and opertable by a single handle having I-O-II position. The switching mechanism should be quick make & quick break type independent of the speed of the operation. The contact should be first made with the arcing contact and thereafter with the main contact. The Changeover Switch should consist of four breaks per pole for faster quenching of arc. The entire switching mechanism alongwith the fixed and moving contact assembly should be reinforced polyester, moulded frame/cover, having high dielectric strength & thermal withstand capacity. Job includes complete checking/servicing of whole panel and replacement of burnt wiring. Proper new thimbling the end terminals of changeovers and cables with aluminium thimbles of 400sqmm and crimping them properly with the crimping tool and proper insulation. Job includes providing and fitting of OEN relays-(24V 14-pin), KWH & KWPF meter-01No each in place of defunct ones of AMF panel. Making electrical connections and testing on no load and then on full load. Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of closed type cubical indoor LT powder coated/galvanized sheet panel suitable for 415V, 3Phase, 50Hz AC supply system including Load breaker switch 4 pole 1250A, 415V, 50Hz, outgoing 1200A bus bar, outgoing bus bar for providing of outgoing connections-06 Nos to 400sqmm cables-4core as per site requirement. Panel should compromise of Digital Metering Devices i.e voltmeter, Ammeter, Indicating Lamps, CT set, bus bars.
