M&L for descaling of shell and tube type water cooled condenser and chillers shells of capacity 100 TR including chiller unit & chiller pipe lines with MS shell and integral copper tubes with safety valve with Descaling compound (Copper Friendly) through cleaning with descaling brush with rod and circulating by descaling water pump, replacement of gasket set and other minor parts. Make of descaling compound is Scalfoe-100 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge Note: (a) PH value of circulation water after descealing of condenser is tested and it must be lies between 6 to 8, If PH value does not found satisfactory. Descaling is carried till PH value meets requirement. (b) Descaling compound should be copper friendly.

S & F in replacement of butter fly valve of 50 mm dia, cast iron body, integrally molded close and body construction with hand lever, operated and rating of PN 10 with thermal insulation as per requirement of condenser and chilled water line complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S & F in replacement of butter fly valve of 80 mm dia, cast iron body, integrally molded close and body construction with hand lever, operated and rating of PN 10 with thermal insulation as per requirement of condenser and chilled water line complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S & F in replacement of butter fly valve of 100 mm dia, cast iron body, integrally molded close and body construction with hand lever, operated and rating of PN 10 with thermal insulation as per requirement of condenser and chilled water line complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Servicing and maintenance of Rapid cool cap 110 KW Hot water generator complete by opening the existing assy and draining out complete water including cleaning of the connected components like container, checking of serviceability of heating element, pressure gauge, etc. and reassembling and testing the same after replacement of unserviceable spares complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. NOTE - Spares to be replaced will be measured and paid separately under the relavant items of this schedule.

S & F in replacement of Resistance water heavy-duty flanged immersion heating element upto 25 kW for Hot water generator ISI marked complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S & F in replacement thermostat for 110 KW Hot water generator complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Servicing of servo voltage stabilizer of capacity 300 KVA , 415 V , 50 HZ , 3 phase by opening the cover and cleaning and polishing of the copper tracks of the rolling carbon brush assembly,replacement of worn-out carbon brushes to ensure spark-free contact.Servicing of the high-torque AC/DC synchronous motor, including lubrication of the drive chain/gears and adjustment of limit switches to prevent over-travel, setting of high/low voltage trip limits (e.g., Cut-off at <280V or >460V).Checking and tightening of all busbar joints, Nut-Bolts, and cable terminations cleaning of the connected components,Checking electrical wiring connection,checking of serviceability of Contractor ,coil etc. and reassembling and testing the same after replacement of unserviceable spares complete and Verification of output voltage stability complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. NOTE - Spares to be replaced will be measured and paid separately under the relavant items of this schedule.

M&L for filteration / dehydration of transformer oil at site so as to achieve diaelectric strengh not less than 50kv when tested at 2.5mm air gap complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and filling the transformer oil in factory sealed barrel with IS-336 of di-electric strength not less than 50 KV at 2.5 mm gap in topping up level of voltage stabilizer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S & F in replacement of Uni Step AC Synchronous motor having Torque 10 kg/cm ,Reversible 60 RPM ,240 Volts, 1 Ph for servo voltage stablizer of capacity 300 KVA complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for disconnecting electrical connections of motor located at the top of cooling tower and dismantling and taking out fan blade assembly along with motor mounted on base frame at the top of cooling tower after cutting all nuts, bolts and fixtures from the mounting frame and removing whole assembly including motor and base frame from the top of cooling tower with the help of T&P for servicing of cooling tower suitable upto 100 TR capacity including following complete servicing of cooling tower plant through Descaling Compound Make- Scalfoe-101 complete pipe line, including servicing of cooling tower motor, fan and make the necessary alignment with motor and replacement of bearing of suitable cap including painting of motor & base after necessary work including greasing and replacement of nut bolts and preventing leakage if any by means of suitable additives etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
