Providing form work with steel plates 3:15mm (three point fifteen milimetres)thick welded with angle iron in frame, 30 x 30 x5 mm (Thirty into thirty into five milimetres) so as to give a fair finish including centring shuttering , strutting and propping etcetra with wooden battens and ballies ,heights of propping and centaring below supporting floor to ceiling in all height and removal of the same for insitu reinforced concrete and plain concrete including carriage of material and other incidentials in all leads and lifts and as per the direction of the Engineer-in Charge. work in:-

Columns pillar, posts and struts, square rectangular or polygonal in plan. including carriage of material and other incidentials complete with in all leads and lifts and as per the direction of the Engineer-in Charge.

Beams, Cantilever girders and lintels sides and soffits of beams , beams haunchings, cantilevers, bressumers and lintels in any depth /in all heights from floor. including carriage of material and other incidentials complete with in all leads and lifts and as per the direction of the Engineer-in Charge.

Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs, landings and the like floor etc. in any thickness. i including carriage of material and other incidentials complete with in all leads and lifts and as per the direction of the Engineer-in Charge.

Stair cases with slopping or stepped soffits excluding landing.i including carriage of material and other incidentials complete with in all leads and lifts and as per the direction of the Engineer-in Charge.

Edges of slabs and breaks in floor and walls in any width.i including carriage of material and other incidentials complete with in all leads and lifts and as per the direction of the Engineer-in Charge.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated cement concrete (M-20) , 20mm nominal size ) aggregate and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in:-

Stair cases (except spiral stair cases) excluding landing but including preparing of the surface and finishing of nosing upto all floor level including mixing concrete including carriage of material and other incidentials complete with in all leads and lifts and as per the direction of the Engineer-in Charge.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated cement concrete(M-20) 20mm (Twenty milimetres) nominal size in Reinforeced cement concrete chhajjas in all thickness upto all floor level including finishing the exposed surfaces with cement mortar 1 :3 (One cement : three sand ) to give a smooth and even surface, centring/form work and curing complete excluding the cost of reinforcement including carriage of material and other incidentials complete with in all leads and lifts and as per the direction of the Engineer-in Charge.

Providing Tor steel reinforcement for R.C.C.work including bending ,binding and placing in position complete upto all floor level (Tor steel) including carriage of material and other incidentials complete with in all leads and lifts and as per the direction of the Engineer-in Charge.

Brick work using common burnt clay building bricks in super-stucture above plinth (second class Bricks) in cement Mortar 1:6 ( one: cement six: sand) including carriage of material and other incidentials complete with in all leads and lifts and as per the direction of the Engineer-in Charge.

Providing woodwork in frames of doors ,windows,clerestory,windows and other frames wrought,framed and fixed in position:-(2 nd class Deodar wood) including carriage of material and other incidentials complete with in all leads and lifts and as per the direction of the Engineer-in Charge.

Providing and fixing panelled glazed or panelled and glazed shutters for doors windows and clerestory window including black enamelled iron butt hinges with necessary screws (second class deodar wood )40mm (Forty millimetre) thick. including carriage of material and other incidentials complete with in all leads and lifts and as per the direction of the Engineer-in Charge.

Providing and fixing wire gauge shutters using galvanised M.S. wire gauge of I.S. gauge designation 85G.(Eighty five ) with wire of dia metre 0.56 mm (Zero point five six millimetre ) for doors windows and clerestory windows including bright finished black enameled iron hinges with necessary screws 40mm thick (Forty Millimetre) thick in second class deodar wood including carriage of material and other incidentials complete with in all leads and lifts and as per the direction of the Engineer-in Charge.

Providing and fixing anodized aluminium sliding door bolt anodized colour and shades with bolts and nuts screws etc complete:-300 X 16 mm(three hundred into sixteen milimetres including carriage of material and other incidentials complete with in all leads and lifts and as per the direction of the Engineer-in Charge.

Providing and fixing aluminum tower bolts(barrel type) anodized transparent or dyed to required shade and colour with screws etc. complete. including carriage of material and other incidentials complete with in all leads and lifts and as per the direction of the Engineer-in Charge.

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (One Cement : Two Sand : Four graded stone aggregate of 20mm size) laid in one layer and finihsed with a floating coat of neat cement 40mm (forty milimeter) thick. including carriage of material and other incidentials complete with in all leads and lifts and as per the direction of the Engineer-in Charge.

6 mm (six milimetre)cement plaster to ceiling in Cement Mortar 1:3 ( one Cement three Sand) including carriage of material and other incidentials complete with in all leads and lifts and as per the direction of the Engineer-in Charge.

15 mm(fifteen milimetre) cement plaster in single coat on the rough side of brick/concrete/stone walls for interior plastering upto all floor level including arrises,internal rounded angles,chamfers and /or rounded angles not exceeding 80 mm in girth and finished even and smooth in Cement Mortar 1:6 ( one Cement six Sand) including carriage of material and other incidentials complete with in all leads and lifts and as per the direction of the Engineer-in Charge.

20 mm (twenty milimetre)cement plaster in two coats backing coat 10 mm (ten milimetre)and finishing coat 10mm(ten milimetre) thick on fair side of brick/stone masonry walls for interior plastering upto floor two level including arrises,internal rounded angles,chamfers and /or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth. including carriage of material and other incidentials complete with in all leads and lifts and as per the direction of the Engineer-in Charge.

Applying priming coat over new wood and wood based surfaces after and including preparing the surface by throughly cleaning oil.grease.dirt and other foregin matter sand papering and knotting Readymixed paint brushing wood primer pink. including carriage of material and other incidentials complete with in all leads and lifts and as per the direction of the Engineer-in Charge.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on new wood and wood based surfaces with ready mixed paint brushing to give an even shade including cleaning of all dirt dust and other foreign matter, sand papering and stopping with ready mixed paint other than white including carriage of material and other incidentials complete with in all leads and lifts and as per the direction of the Engineer-in Charge.

White washing with lime on undecorated wall surfaces two coat to give and even shade including throughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt, dust mortar dirt and other foreign matter.i including carriage of material and other incidentials complete with in all leads and lifts and as per the direction of the Engineer-in Charge.

Painting (three coat) with black anticorresive bitumastic paint of approved brand and manufacture on new work to give an even shade (excluding priming coat) including cleaning of all dirt dust and other foreign matter, sand papering and stopping with ready mixed paint including carriage of material and other incidentials complete with in all leads and lifts and as per the direction of the Engineer-in Charge.

Providing and fixing glass strips in joints of terrazzo floors , 40mm (forty milimetre)wide and 4mm (four milimetre) thick. including carriage of material and other incidentials complete with in all leads and lifts and as per the direction of the Engineer-in Charge.
