i)The Railway reserves the right to order entire or bulk quantities from an RDSO-approved firm. ii) OEM and their authorized dealers are eligible for participation. Authorized dealers of OEM must attach tender-specific authorization from OEM along with the offer.In case the offer received from an authorized dealer/agent is without tender-specific authorization from OEM/Manufacturer, their offer will be summarily rejected iii) Offers received from authorized dealer/agent without tender specific authorization from RDSO approved vendor will be summarily rejected. iv) The status of the firm shall be reckoned as on the date of tender opening and not thereafter unless changed because of downgrading / removal / suspension / banning.It is further clarified that if a firm is removed/suspended/banned after opening of tender that should be taken into account while deciding the tender. v) Firm should upload latest approval from "RDSO" for tendered items as an attachment of their offer."

1) "Firm are advised to quote with delivery term FOR destination, if firm will offer with delivery term FOR Ex- works and delivery by Road/Rail than firm shall dispatch the Stores in such a way that it shall reach the ultimate consignee before terminal date of delivery mentioned in the contract. In such cases merely the dispatch of material within contractual delivery period does not mean that firm has supplied the material within contractual delivery period but it shall reach to ultimate consignee on or before contractual delivery period. This will have override effect on clause 0121-C of IRS condition on contract." (2)All the tenderers/bidders should ensure that they are GST compliant and their quoted tax structure/rates are as per GST Law. (3) Firm should clearly state HSN code and also mention that under which chapter & sub- heading of central excise tariff, their GST tariff falls.
