REPAIR TO FENCING, FOOT PATH , AREA DRAINAGE AND MISC WORKS IN TECH AREA UNDER AGE B/R II AT AF STATION JODHPUR

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion in concrete, brick work, masonry, etc. and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling mild steel work as in chain link fencing mesh and removing from site complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) in hard/dense soil, each hole not exceeding 0.5 Cum, getting out, returning,filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for Rolled mild steel work as in fencing posts with or without Y/U/Swan Neck made of angle or other section, made to shape complete, welding, drilled for fixing or holding of barbed wire or concertina coil , etc. to be prepared for hanging or steel hanging fittings; also fastening and fixing complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for mild steel work as in flat iron fillets for securing wire mesh , chain link fencing etc, Hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, and screwing etc. or securing bolts; complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for PVC coated galvanized iron chain link fencing, made of GI wire dia not less than 3 mm, and minimum dia 4.5 mm after PVC coating, having 100mm x 100mm mesh size including line wire, any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc including provission of binding wire, fixed as knuckled type complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing galvanised Iron (Hot dipped) steel punched type concertina coil of 1050 mm dia (Dia of coil unstratched) and fixed to angle iron posts/struts/swan necks with 3.15 mm dia GI wire complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in - Charge.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for and removing from site complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for mild steel work as Framed work such as grills, gratings etc , with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe-290, Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surface of any description over 10 cm width and girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for Restraining and resecuring barbed wire fencing including making good staples etc (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing in repairs Galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of old unserviceable, rusted, broken (corrugated/semi corrugated, etc.) CGI /AC/ Fibre Glass sheets in ridge and roof coverings complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing Pre-painted galvatume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removing the demolished material or debries out side MOD land complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for rubbre moulded Machine pressed PCC interlocking paver block confirming to IS 15658-2006 of size 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade, glossy finish, shape and colour as directed, with grey cement and pigment, laid dry over and inluding 25mm thick screed river washed sand cushion as in floor, complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for 10 to 12 mm thick vitrified unglazed and unpolished, scratch resistant, matt finished coloured tiles (square/rectangular) of size not less than 300mm x 300mm as in parking/hardstanding etc over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4, set, jointed in cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour/shades of tiles complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, build in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for squared rubble walling, Jodhpur type, brought to courses, curved on plan to a mean radius not exceeding 6m, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for demolition of PCC block walling and providing precast cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) block masonry with solid blocks, exceeding 10cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on fair face of brick/stone work or concrete surfaces including surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) in benching of manholes, surface channels, drains etc and similar works including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles, necessary use of formwork (straight or curved) complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
