Soil investigation upto depth of 6.00 m along sewer route & upto a depth of 10.0 m at location of sumps, pumphouse, civil structure of STP etc. by drilling bore hole of 150 mm dia in all types of strata and laboratory testing in accordance with IS-1892/1980 (A) Field Testing 1 Drilling of 150mm dia bore in moorum and rock from GL to 06.00 M below GL. 2 Collection of disturbed sample their sealing lebelling. 3 Collection of undisturbed samples their sealing, waxing and labeling. 4 Collection of rock core 5 Performing SPT at an interval range of 0.75 (B) Lab Testing 1 Sieve analysis 2 Atterberg's limits 3 Particle Size analysis 4 Original moisture content 5 Bulk dry density 6 Specific gravity 7 Direct shear test 8 Triaxial C&P 9 Compression index (consideration test) 10 Rock core testing (i) RQD (ii) Absorption % (iii) Crushing strength

Carrying out topographical survey of the area with total station giving traverse of surveyed area, spot levels at required intervals of proposed sewer lines up-to Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) including intermediate change points. Development, preparation and submission of architectural & structural drawings for the area at Babina Military station, including layouts and location of various elements, details of various designs, plant elevation, section, structural designs of various items, etc. and submission of complete set in quintuplicate including soft copies. The Consultant shall work out the following parameters:- (i) Preliminary Site Visit for observation of current situation. (ii) Site surveying of total area 2749 acres and preparation of L-section. Consultant has to visit the site and make sure that the site of STP & sewage network etc for the area to be surveyed. The same is deemed to be verified by the consultant before submission of bid. (Continued from Ser item No 2.00) :- (iii) present population data as per accommodation statement Part-I & II as per the format Annexure-II (enclosed) and vetting of population from GE Babina, CWE Jhansi & Stn HQ Babina (in writing), design futuristic population and design sewage treatment plant accordingly. Approx population 14000 or it may increase/decrease based on the present accommodation statement Part I & II. No claim whatsoever shall be entertained on this account by the consultant. (iv) Collection of existing water supply data and sewage Network data. The water requirement will be worked out as per Appx ‘C’ of Scales of Accommodation 2009 (copy enclosed as per Annexure-III) (v) Preparation of proposed sewage network and approval from department. (vi) Preparation of hydraulic design, drawings and calculation of proposed sewage & approval from deptt. (vii)Preparation of hydraulic design of sewage treatment plant based on proposed network design. (viii) Design of pumping station and STP. (ix) Preparation of architectural and structural design of pumping station and components of sewage treatment plant. (x) Preparation of drawings related proposed sewage network and STP. (xi) Preparation of detailed estimate based on design. (xii) Submission of drawings, design and DPR in four set to department in hard copy as well as soft copy. ( continued on Ser item No 2.02)

(Continued from Ser item No 2.01) :- (xiii) Preparation of redistribution network for treated sewage. (xiv) Preparation of estimate for external electrification, water supply, street light/area lighting, Manning and Operation of installations, road, drainage and fencing for STP building with drawings. NOTE : 03 Nos of STP proposed in 03 separate pockets of Babina Cantt. APPROVALS:- The Detailed Project Report (DPR) alongwith all the drawings including structural drawings, Design calculations of the central sewage scheme consisting of gravity sewers, intermediate sumps, collection sumps, pumping mains and STP using MBBR Technology etc. shall be approved from any IIT/NIT in coordination with CWE/GE office and after getting approval, duly signed and vetted drawings shall be submitted in quintuplicate to GE office in tracing format and AUTOCAD form. PREPARATION OF DPR : - (a) Surveying of complete area 2749 acres. Consultant has to visit the site and make sure that the site of STP & sewage network etc for the area to be surveyed. The same is deemed to be verified by the consultant before submission of bid. No claim whatsoever shall be entertained on this account. by total station and assessment of exisiting sewage lines, manholes and its invert levels at termination points. (b) Carrying out hydralic design analysis and preparation of sewage system and drgs and detailing of all types of structures for Approx population 14000 or it may increase/decrease based on the present accommodation statement Part I & II. No claim whatsoever shall be entertained on this account by the consultant. (c) Design and drgs of MBBR sysytem of sewage treatment plant in soft & hard copies. (g) Vetting of complete design & drawing from IIT / NIT. (h) The water requirement will be worked out as per Appx ‘C’ of Scales of Accommodation 2009 (copy enclosed as per Annexure-III) (j) DPR should be prepared as given below :- Vol-I - General Report Vol-II - Design Report Vol-III - Cost Estimate Vol-IV - Tender Schedule ’A’(BOQ) VETTING: - (a) Pre-vetting of structural, hydraulic design, sewage scheme with department (HQ CE BZ) (b) The detailed project report (DPR) alongwith all the drawings including structural drawings, Design calculation of the Central Sewers Scheme consisting of gravity sewages, intermediate pumps, collection sumps, pumping mains and STP using MBBR Technology etc. shall be vetted from any IIT/NIT.
