RequiredCopy of receipt for deposition of original EMD issued from Division Office of any Executive Engineer, CPWD (including NIT issuing EE/AE(P)
RequiredEnlistment Order of the Contractor in composite category and appropriate class
RequiredGST registration Certificate as applicable or undertaking as per Format given in NIT
RequiredConfirmation for Submission of Financial Bid Form C on the firm letterhead
RequiredCopy of PAN No. (Permanent Account Number)
RequiredAn undertaking as per Form D (regarding not debarred by Govt / Autonomous Body etc) at the time of submission of Tender to be furnished on the firm letterhead.
RequiredAn undertaking as per Form E (regarding work not got executed back to back basis) to be furnished on the firm letterhead.
RequiredCopy of Valid Electrical License in appropriate voltage / class issued by competent authority of the State Government / CEIG or Undertaking as per Format given in NIT.
RequiredCopy of ERP TRAINING CERTIFICATE issued through LMS (LEARNING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM) MODULE IN ERP.
RequiredCopy of registration with ESI / EPF authorities. In case the intending bidder does not have any registration with the ESI / EPF authorities, but has applied for the same, he shall upload a copy of acknowledgement of the application with these authorities. In case the intending bidder is not covered under the ESI / EPF Acts, he shall upload a self declaration on his letterhead to this effect.
