Providing ,installation , testing & commissioning of mono submersible pump set of specification 5000 GPH X 70 MH at pumping station Muradhpur Stage ist , by way of carriage/shifting of pumping machinery & allied material from stacking place to site of work on H/L. Installation of mono submersible by way of fabrication of GI pipe nipples of 65 mm dia of 10 feet length with both end flanged, one small nipple with one ends threaded and other end with MS Flanges 65mm dia. fastening of one end with suction of pump & other end with strainer . P/F of MS bends 65 mm dia with both ends welded with MS flanges of required dia. Fabrication of stand of angle iron for resting of monosub. Lowering of pumping assembly & GI pipe nipples into the sump tank with help of chain pulley block, nut, and bolts rubber washers etc required at site. Job also involves cost of material and labour charges.
Electrical Installation by way of ,Providing /Fitting of submersible cable 6 mm2 – 3 core from mono submersible pump to pump room. Providing and Fitting of 20 HP submersible control panel 01 no. Job includes checking continuity of electrical circuit & testing of monosub. Complete job includes cost of material, labour charges, carriage charges. The job includes checking continuity of complete electrical circuit & testing/ commissioning of pumping machinery.
Providing & fitting 3.5 core Aluminium cable of 185 mm sq. Job involves removing the damaged/burnt out cable from LT pole to main switch. Providing and fitting of new cables from LT pole to main switch after proper thimbling. Complete job includes the cost of material, labour charges and carriage charges at site.
