The tenderer should have provided similar services in State/ Central Government Departments/ Organizations, Public sector / Private Companies / KPTCL / ESCOMsof contract value not less than Rs. 5.34 Lakhs per annum evidencing the same, satisfactorily (usually not less than 50% of the tender amount), to at least one reputed Organization for a minimum period of One year during the last three financial years. The experience certificates issued by competent officers (not below the rank of EE or equivalent cadre) are to be uploaded.

Should have Valid Labor license issued by the competent authority for supplying Man Power Supply.

The Tenderer shall be individual Proprietorship firm or partnership firm, or Company Registered under Companies Act 1956/2013. (necessary registered certificate shall be uploaded and for individual proprietorship firm GST certificate shall be uploaded). Note: The bidder shall upload the Power of Attorney in case of partnership of firm/ Company in the prescribed format of Rs.500/- Stamp duty paper and the Registration certificate issued by the concerned department. Tenderer shall upload Registration certificate/license issued by the Commerce & Industries department or any other Government statutory Authority shall be uploaded. For Proprietorship firm, PAN and GST registration certificate shall be uploaded.

The partnership Firm should furnish the Power of attorney in favor of all the person/persons signing the documents along with Partnership deed.

No bidder shall participate in the tender whose EMD has been forfeited in the past two years for non fulfillment of the terms & conditions of the tenders floated by KPTCL.(Self declaration should be submitted)

The year of manufacture of the vehicles should be 2021 and later, with seating capacity 14+1, with luggage carrier, GPS Tracker should be installed and must be well maintained & roadworthy with comfortable seating arrangements with yellow board and valid permit.

The tenderer should possess EPF & ESI registration and submit self-declaration for complying with all labour laws like ESI Act, minimum wages act, PF Act. Furnish relevant valid documents.

The tenderer should possess GST, PAN registration and should upload documentary evidence for the above along with their tender.

The tenderer should submit self-declaration for compliance of all RTO rules & license/permits State/central Government act applicable.

The bidder shall give an undertaking that the bidder shall not pay less than the minimum wages stipulated under minimum Wages Act and Labour Laws in respect of drivers.

The tenderer whose contracts have been terminated/foreclosed/ blacklisted/penalized by any organizations during the last three years due to non-fulfillment of contractual obligations/deficiency in service are not eligible to participate in the tender. The tenderer should clearly specify and upload self declaration letter in writing the letterhead of the firm, stating that they do not fall under this category.

The tenderer shall furnish self-declaration that he will be able to supply the tendered vehicles of models registered in the year 2021 or later and in good working condition within 15 days from the date of issue of Letter of Intent.

The bidder should provide detailed information on any litigation or arbitration arising out of contracts completed or under execution by it over the last five years with KPTCL. A history of awards involving litigations against the Bidder or any part or JV may result in rejection of bid.

The tenderer should have achieved a minimum annual turnover of not less than the amount put to tender in at-least two financial years, i.e Rs.10.68/- during the last five years i.e. FY 2021-22 to FY 2025-26.The bidder shall upload audited annual financial statements such as Profit & Loss statement, Balance sheet for the years, FY 2021-22 to FY 2025-26 duly certified by a Chartered Accountant.
