Overhauling of MIV of Unit No. 1 of Nogli Power House including, Providing, fixing and testing of MIV seal in Unit No. 4 of Nogli Power House as per sample (NBR-70). The scope of work includes dismantling of MIV, dismantling of seal brackets, assembly of MIV seals in brackets sleeves, reassembly of MIV. After the commissioning of MIV no leakage should be observed in seal.
Rebuilding of eroded disc of MIV, making it to its original profile, pressure testing of MIV to 10kg/cm2 pressure to ensure no leakage. Adjustment of opening and closing time of MIV after replacement of Seal. Replacement of studs and O rings of MIV complete in all respects to the satisfaction of EIC.
