Earth work in excavation in all kind of soil by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundations, drain, trenches, pavements, manholes, wall footings, pipe lines, cable trenches, pits and over area cuttings etc. for all kinds of works including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms lift up to 1.5m including getting out the excavated soil and disposal or stacking of surplus excavated materials within a lead up to 50 mtrs, disposed earth to be leveled and neatly dressed as directed with all cost complete as per drawing, specification and direction of Manager-in-charge.

Filling available excavated earth excluding rock in trenches, plinth, sides of foundation etc in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering lead upto 100 M and for all depths complete as per direction of the Manager-in-charge.

Supplying and filling of Sand not exceeding 200mm including watering, ramming, compacting, leveling, dressing etc. complete as per drawings, specifications and direction of Manager-in-charge.

Providing and laying in position Plain cement concrete of proportion 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse of sand: 8 graded stone aggregate of 40mm nominal size) excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing as per specification, drawing and direction of Manager-in-charge.(Cement free issue)

Providing and laying in position Plain cement concrete of proportion 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse of sand: 4 graded stone aggregate of 20mm nominal size) excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement as per specification, drawing and direction of Manager-in-charge. (Cement free issue)

Providing and laying in position Reinforced cement concrete of proportion 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse of sand: 3 graded stone aggregate of 20mm nominal size) excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement as per specification, drawing and direction of EIC (Cement & steel free issue)

Tor steel Reinforcement for RCC work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete as per specification. (Tor steel free issue)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, bracing, propping etc., keeping the same in position during concreting and removal of the same after specified period etc. all complete and as specified and directed. For all concrete and RCC work.

Providing and laying brick masonry work with modular fly ash bricks in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement :6 sand) etc complete as per specification and direction of Manager-in-charge. (Fly ash brick and Cement free issue) - In foundation and plinth for all depth below plinth level.

Providing 12mm thick cement plaster with cement mortar 1:6 for all height including curing, scaffolding, tools, tackles, labour etc. complete.(cement free issue)

15mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement:6 sand) on the rough side of single or half brick wall with necessary scaffolding, curing etc. complete for depth upto 1.5mtr and height upto 4.5mtr from G.L.

Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared.

Fabrication & Erection of steel structure made out of M.S.joist, angles, channels, flats, plates, rods, chequred plate, pipes rails etc. including the cost of all transportation, Labour, consumables, tools, including cleaning the surface and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer(red oxide zinc chromate)etc all complete at any elevation as per the specifications and direction of the Manager-in-charge.

Supplying and applying two or more coats of Exterior emulsion paint APEX ULTIMA of Asian paint /weather coat all guard of berger/weather shield max if ICI paints of approved shade over and including a priming coat of exterior primer, cost of labours, tools and tackles, scaffolding etc complete for all heights up to 10.0 mtrs as per the manufacturer specifications and directions of Manager-In Charge.

Providing and applying one or more coats of Apcolite Premium Gloss Synthetic enamel paints of Asian Paints Ltd. to give an even shade, including cleaning the dust, rust, dirt, scales, smoke etc. sand papering etc. including a priming coat of steel primer for steel including necessary scaffolding etc. complete for all heights as per the specification and direction of Manager-In Charge.
