M&L for machine cut kota stone slab 20-25 mm thick of size as directed in flooring, treads of steps etc including half round edging/molding over and including 20 mm thick cement screed in CM 1:4, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete.

M&L for kota stone slab 20-25 mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over and including 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 on stone masonry surfaces and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors and aprons etc. laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar and removing from site all as specified and directed.

M&L for 18 to 20 mm thick marble work of Udaipur green marble (table rubbed and polished) in cooking platform, pillars, window-cills, jambs, steps and like in CM 1:4 including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with marble shade over and including 20 mm thick screed in CM 1:3 including rounding of all reposed edges.

Taking down/removing existing unserviceable roof treatment by removing tarfelt and cement plaster of any description etc.) and removing from site all as specified and directed and cleaninig of top surface of cement concrete flushing out junction of parapet walls and washing down with water etc..

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 mix (12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) in padding over roof of any thickness.

M&L for 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 over concrete surfaces (Roof) mixed with using integral water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified. NOTE : Integral Water Proofing compound shall be measured and paid for separately as “Supply only”.

M&L for applying roof treatment on top of roof with APP modified membrane (minimum 3 mm thick) weight not less than 3.00 Kg/sqm and reinforced with non-woven polyster reinforcement/mat (centre core) with polythene finish, laid by torch application method with overlaps 100 mm on length side and 100 mm on the width side as per manufacturer’s instructions over a coat of approved cold applied bituminous oil based primer (IS- 3384) @ 300 gm/sqm and applying two coats of aluminium paint 0.20 litre/sqm complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling water tanks of any description, exc. 250 & n. exc. 500 litres capacity and removing from site.

S&F 500 litres capacity rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks triple layer (cylindrical vertical with closed top), hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part-I, connecting up pipes .

Disconnecting existing tanks, exc. 250 ltrs and n. exc. 500 ltrs capacity, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required, reconnecting and refixing in position including cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc., from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes etc and removing old unserviceable ball valve.

Dismantling water tanks of any description, exc. 500 & n. exc. 1000 litres capacity and removing from site.

M&L for dry clean fine river sand as in sand cushioning to underground cable including punning down of sand layer all as specified and directed. Note :- Punned thickness shall only be measured and paid.

Note:- Cutting chases in walls/floors/ceilings wherever required for electric work shall be deemed to be included in respective item of Schedule ‘A’.
