HYBRID SOLAR WATER HEATER SYSTEM

Supplying, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of 25000 Ltrs with 500 LPD Hybrid Solar Water Heater System complete with ETC tubes, collector with SS 304, the inner material Thickness 0.8 mm Outer material Thickness 0.45 mm and with suitable flow rate and capacity of insulated pre heater storage solar tank in SS304 construction with minimum 2 mm thick shell and cone and outer, Outer cladding / cover is alumin-ium, thickness of cone and shell 22 SWG. The tank shall be insulated with minimum 100mm thick rock wool material, minimum density of 48 kg/cum. Support stand shall be Galvanized MS channel and SS ports etc. complete in all respect. The tank shall be provided with inlet and outlet connection to the storage tank and back to the collector, The storage tank shall be suitable for 1.00 Bar Working Pressure &1.5 bar testing Pressure. Complete as instructed by Engineer in charge.

Supplying and fixing of 3⁄4" dia of CPVCpipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings, including different pipe sizes connecting, reducers, Fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00m spacing, this includes jointing of pipes, Fitting & Valves if required with one step CPVC solvent cement & testing of joints complete, transport, lift, lead, labour, scaffolding, SS Taps, and also inclusive of sutable Insulation for pipe as required, etc as instructed by engineering in charge. Note: (Quoted price shall also be inclusive of complete piping between storage tank to solar panels and cold water piping from cold water tank to hot water tank including vent pipe of required length /height as required).
