Demolition of un-reinforced cement concrete in ground floor and paving not exceeding 15 cm thick (below or above ground level) complete all as specified.

Demolition of brick work or stone Boulder or concrete block masonry built in cement mortar.

M & L for brick work with sub class "B" old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 mtr mean radius , built in cm 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster from brick walls/ stone walls etc. of any description including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified.

M&L Rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on concrete surfaces/brick wall surface, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

Preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified.

M & L for 100 mm thick Cement concrete type D-2 (1:4:8) (40 mm graded aggregate) as in sub base complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for laying rubber moulded precast conctete interlocking coloured paver blocks of any shape and size with grey cement and pigment confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness M-40 Grade including 50mm thick sand cusion complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for laying rubber moulded precast conctete interlocking coloured paver blocks of any shape and size with grey cement and pigment confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness M-35 Grade including 50mm thick sand cusion complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Chequered Cement Concrete (reflactive rubber molded) Tiles 30 CM x 30 CM X 25 mm th set and jointed in cement slurry and pointed in neat grey cement & pigment in floors including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layers in cement mortar 1:6 for laying tiles complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 100mm thick Cement concrete (1:2:4), type B-1 in floor (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) finished surface even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L for 100 mm thick Cement concrete (1:3:6), type C-2 in floor (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) finished surface even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

Forming construction joints 30mm deep x 10mm wide filled with sealing compound of grade 'B' complete all as specified and directed.

Forming contraction (Dummy) joints 35mm deep x 10mm wide filled with sealing compound of grade 'B' complete all as specified and directed.

Finishing surface of concrete by brooming while concrete is green complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete kerbstone of any shape & size as directed of PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) and set in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismentling of floor,hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing derviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 18-20 mm thick Granite (of any type) machine cut bedded and jointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing including 15 mm thick screed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 18-20 mm thick Granite (of any type) machine cut in skirting/dado laid over 10mm thick cement screed in CM 1:4 and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in soft soil for trenches n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m depth for foundation etc or shafts or cleaning the soil in drain

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes (salt glazed ware,AC or RCC ) set in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of 150mm dia RCC pipe class NP-3 laid and jointed in trench after testing the joint with collars complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of 300 mm dia RCC pipe class NP-3 laid and jointed in trench after testing the joint with collars complete all as specified and directed.

M&L concrete bed for 150 mm dia drain pipe in concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested complete all as specified and directed.

M&L concrete bed for 300 mm dia drain pipe in concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus excavated material (SOIL) to distance not exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.50 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cement concrete in surface channels and drains in cement concrete (1:2:4) B-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including forms moulds mitred/stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in ground floor n.exc 15cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

M&L reinforced cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 (20mm graded stone aggregate) as in slab supported on walls,beams and columns in floors,roof landings,balconies, canopies deck slab and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and directed.

M&L formwork for rough finished surface to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs,floor slabs,landings and similar works not exceeding 200mm thick of slab complete all as specified and directed.

M & L mild steel TMT bars 8mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

All as per SI item No. 32 here in before but in stirrups, spacers and binder etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.
