Supply and Fixing Solid PVC door Frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm single side pre laminated PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube, edges will be painted to match with prelaminated sheet and fixing in opening complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and Fixing Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded Prelam PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and Prelami colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on both side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; Panelling of prelam colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded / sealed to the stiles & rails feathered at edges with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, suppling & fixing in the frame at site complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood polymer Composite) Solid door/window/ceosetory window/ & other frames/Chowkhat of size 65x100mm comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder / rice husk / wheat husk ) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms ) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS Screws having minimum frame density of 750 Kg /cum, screw withdrawal strenght of 2200N (face) & 1100N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 58 N/mm Sqr, modules of elasticity 900 N/mm Sqr and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite / borer proof, water/ moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in positon with MS hold fast/ lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:- 1. M.S. hold fast/lugs or SS dash fasteners shall be paid for separately. 2. For WPC solid door / window frame, minus 5mm tolerance in dimension ie. depth and width of profile shall be acceptable. variation in profile dimensions on plus side shall be acceptable but no extra payment on this account shall be made.

Providing and fixing factory made single extruded WPC (Wood polymer Composite) Solid decorative type Flush door shutter of size 35mm thick comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (Wood powder/rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxiv additives ( maximaum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800N (Face) & 900 N (Edge), minimum compressive strenth 50 N/Sqmm, modulus of elasticity 850N/Sqmm and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite / borer proof, water/ moisture proof and fire retardan. WPC to be laminated with PVC foil of minimum 14 microns thick of approved design passed with hot melt adhesive on both faces of shutter and fixing with stainless steel butt higes of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk S S Screw, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. (Note:- Stainless steel butt hinges and necessary SS Screws shall be paid separately).

Providing and fixing factory made uPVC white colour casement (Openable) window of area exc 2.0 Sqm each made of extruded profiles with wall thickness of 2.3mm (+ 0.2mm). Window profile with hollow section with multi chamber, frame (60mmx58mm), Sash (60mm x 73mm), T Profile (One vertical length in between two shutters) (60mm x 74mm), Glazing bead (35mm x 20mm) will be mitered cut and fusion welded at all corners including drilling of holes for fiixng hardware and drainage of water etc.,making arrangement for fixing of hardware. EPDM gasket 1.2 + 0.2mm thick galvanised steel frame (28mm x 21.5mm ), sash (31mm x 27.5mm) T profile (27mm x 17mm) to be inserted in required profile, frame will be fixed to the wall with 8 mm x 100 mm long fasteners. Hardware: ( casement handle made of zincalloyed (White powder coated),but hinges of zinc alloyed (White powder coated ), transmission gear made of mild steel with multi point locking system and 5mm thick glazing with selected quality glass complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: (i) The unit rate quoted by contractor excludes cost of glass / wiremesh and includes all other connected accessoriees. (ii) Net opening will be measured for payment purpose.
