AMF Panel for Diesel Generator Set: Supply, installation and testing-commissioning of Automatic Mains Failure (AMF) panel including Auto Changeover arrangement (4 Pole 630 Amp. MCCB for common output supply) suitable for 320 KVA TIL make Diesel Generator Set with suitable rated air break contactor, Relays, Over Load relay, protective devices & other accessories with incoming and outgoing as mentioned below:- INCOMING – 1: For Electrical power - 1 No. 4 Pole 630A (36KA) micro processor based with adjustable setting MCCB. INCOMING- 2: For DG power - 1 No. 4P 630A (36KA) micro processor based with adjustable setting MCCB. The work shall consist of necessary mounting arrangement, cabling and civil works etc. all complete as per approved drawing and specifications.

Supply, installation and testing-commissioning of Low oil pressure switch with socket suitable for 320 KVA TIL make DG set.

Supply, installation and testing-commissioning of Cooling water temperature switch with socket suitable for 320 KVA TIL make DG set.

Supply, installation and testing-commissioning of Announciation panel board suitable for 320 KVA TIL make Diesel Generator Set for power healthy and Fail Monitoring including necessary mounting arrangement, cabling (Including Termination) and civil works etc. all complete as per approved drawing and specifications.

Testing-commissioning and programming of the PLC controller of MV-LT main panel board of the new 11KV/433V Sub-Station.

Part of the existing 500 KVA Kirloskar make DG sets Canopy removing and re-fixing including all necessary arrangements as per requirement/ as per direction of the EIC.

Dismantling, removing, Lifting-Shifting and placing of existing 320 KVA DG set from old sub-station room to its new location i.e. inside the canopy of defective 500 KVA Kirloskar make DG Set.

Dismantling and re-fixing/re-installation of Silencer pipe/Exhaust pipe of 320 KVA TIL make DG Set within the canopy of defective 500 KVA Kirloskar make DG Set including necessary required materials i.e. Puff Insulation/ Glass wool etc. all complete.

Necessary repairing and spray painting of existing canopy of 500 KVA Kirloskar make DG Set.

Dismantling of existing old AMF Panel of the 320 KVA DG set including removing/disconnecting & re-connecting the existing running usable cables/MCCB’s/ACB’s etc. all complete and placing in a suitable location as per instruction of EIC.

Supplying and laying 50 mm X 10 mm G.I strip at 0.50 metre below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/ terminating with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer etc. as required. (Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of G.I. nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50mm).

Supplying and laying 50 mm X 10 mm copper strip at 0.50 metre below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/terminating with nut, bolt, spring, washer etc. as required. (Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of brass nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50mm).

Supply of PILC/PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of approved cable conforming to 694:1990/IEC 60227-1 to 5 (1979) of following sizes. 3.5Cx240 sq.mm. 1.1 KV grade XLPE Aluminium Armoured cable. (make: Havell’s/Ploycab/ Gloster)

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc. as required. Above 185 sq. mm and up to 400 sq. mm.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size direct in the existing masonry open duct etc. as required. Above 185 sq. mm and up to 400 sq. mm.

Supplying and making end termination with double brass compression gland and Al. lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/XLPE Al. conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required: 3.5Cx240 sq. mm.

Earthing with copper earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 3 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with chemical compound or charcoal/coke and salt etc. as required.

Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with chemical compound or charcoal/coke and salt etc. as required.

Supplying & fixing of fabricated 5.0 meter height M.S. Pole (4 meter above ground and 1 meter below ground) 75 mm dia suitable for fixing of 50 watt LED based street lights (Supply of 50 watt LED lights on vendor’s scope), (Make: Philips/GE / Syska/ Crompton). Also provide a PVC water proof long lasting Loop Box (Cable Box) of suitable size (at the bottom of the pole) comprising of 4 pole connector and single pole 6 amp. SP MCB (Protection-IP65) with required clamps and with water tight cover including providing cement concrete masonry work (of ratio 1:3:6) for erecting the pole, painting the pole with approved colour, numbering and earthing the pole with suitable earth wires complete as required.

Supplying and embedding following dia G.I. /PVC pipe (medium class) in pole collar/ foundation (during casting) for cable entry including bending the pipe to the required shape complete as required.32 mm dia..

Supplying and laying 6 SWG G.I. wire along with 6 feet length G.I. earth spike at 0.50 metre below ground level for conductor earth electrode, including connection/ termination with GI thimble etc. as required.

Supply of 4 core 16 sq. mm. PVC XLPE AL AR cable.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering by using 1.5 inch. Dia UPVC pipe and refilling the trench etc as required. Up to 35 sq. mm.

Wiring for circuit/ sub main wiring along with earth wire with the following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/ recessed steel conduit as required.2 X 2.5 sq. mm + 1 X 2.5 sq. mm earth wire.

Dismantling precast concrete or stone slabs in walls, partition walls etc. including stacking within 50 metres lead. Thickness above 40 mm up to 75 mm.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means in foundation tranches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sq. Mtr. on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift up to 1.5 Mtr. Including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 Mtr. All kind of soil.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) brick of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in: Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

Brick work 7 cm thick with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) brick of class designation 7.5 in cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) in super structure above plinth level and up to floor five level.

18 mm cement plaster in two coats under layer 12 mm thick cement plaster 1:5 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand) finished with a top layer 6 mm thick cement plaster 1:6 (1 cement : 6 fine sand).

Dismantling and erection (re-location) of existing Diesel Tanks from its old location to new location (for both 500 KVA & 320 KVA) including necessary mounting arrangement of 500 KVA Greaves Cotton make & 320 KVA TIL make DG sets tanks including provision for making Diesel Tank Foundation i.e. Civil Work for foundation (including supply of materials, labour tools and tackles) and M.S. structural Shed made of MS tubular sections & colour-coated metal sheet including necessary fasteners and synthetic enamel painting etc. as per direction of the EIC and complete in all respect as per approved drawing, specification and design in accordance with relevant Indian Code.
