Stone filling hand packed including cost of stones in Horizontal on level

Providing and laying drain flooring / coping 50 mm thick with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement:2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete

Centring and shuttering including strutting , propping etc. and removal of form work for Foundations , footings bases of columns etc. for mass concrete

12 mm cement plaster of mix 1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

15mm Cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix 1 : 6 ( 1 cement : 6 fine sand)

Structural steel work in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete. Welded

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade New work (two or more coats) applied @3.84 kg/10sqm

Carriage of material by mechanical transport from source to the site of work including loading/unloading and stacking complete

Sand for an av. 40 Kms distance.

Bajree/Stone aggregates below 40mm nominal size for an av.distance 30 Kms

Stone for an av.distance 30 Kms

Bricks for an avg. lead of 65 kms distance
