Schedule'A' Part-I: B&R works

M& L for Roughening surfaces of old concrete surfaces by picking sweeping, cleaning and washing down with water to remove dust etc including taking down tarfelt and brushing neat cement slurry @3 Kg/Sqm of cement and screed bed 20mm thick on concrete surface in cement mortar 1:3 Mixed with Dr fixit LW+ 200ml/50Kg cement and finished the surface all as specified and directed. (Note : WPC Measured and paid separately)

M&L for making the grooves to "v" section is existing parapet walls/Columns over RCC roofs cleaning cleaning out and tacked the polymeric membrane in to the grooves and sealed solidly with a hot mixture of bitumen and clean dry sand in the ratio of 1:1 weight etc all as specified and directed.

Supply of liquid integral water proofing compound Make : Dr fixit LW+

M&L for water proofing treatment to RCC roof slab incl parapet comprising with the following course of treatment/specifications from bottom to top (a) Applying bituminous primer @100 gms per Sqm over plastered surfaces of roof incl parapet surfaces. ( Make Tank Mastic of STP Ltd or EMUFALTE of Texsa ltd/IWL India Ltd) (b) One layer of APP based polymeric membrane of approved manufacturer , 3mm thick, weight not less than 3.6 Kgs per Sqm, reinforced with non woven polyester fabric or weight not less than 150 gram per Sqm.Polymeric membrane shall taken to a height 60cm(minimum) and then inserted inside the groove of parapet wall and shall be done by torch on method or as per manufacture instructions (ii) A minimum over lap of 100mm and75mm should be made in the end and sides of the polymeric membrane respectively and sealed all overlap and joints as manufactures instructions.(iii) The make of polymeric membrane shall be SUPER THERMOLY OF STP Ltd or MOPLY FP OF Texsa India Ltd /IWL India Ltd (c) Applying two coat of bituminous aluminium paint on top of APP membrane.

S&F Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks 2000 Ltrs capacity , multilayered construction (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part I including disconnecting existing water tank and removing from site of work complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down 15mm size steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for refixing or removal to store all as specified and directed

Taking up or down 25mm size steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for refixing or removal to store all as specified and directed

Refixing 15mm dia old steel tubing and connections in new or old position ( walls,ceiling,floors,etc) all as specified and directed

Refixing 25mm dia old steel tubing and connections in new or old position ( walls,ceiling,floors,etc) all as specified and directed

S&F medium grade 15mm size tubes galvanised with all fitting and fixed complete to walls and ceiling or laid in floors all as specified and directed.

S&F medium grade 20mm size tubes galvanised with all fitting and fixed complete to walls and ceiling or laid in floors all as specified and directed.

S&F of ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium road & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed ( Minimum weight 15mm-142gms/20mm-210Gms)

M&L for coloured Non Skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (Square/rectangular) area of each tle exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18Sqm,in floors etc.set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured to match and over a screed bed bedding layer of mortar 15mm thick for laying floor finishes of cement plaster 1:4 all as specified and directed.

M&L for vertical surfaces of such as skirting, dados and risers to steps coloured Non Skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (Square/rectangular) area of each tle exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18Sqm,in floors etc.set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured to match and over a 10mm thick plastering brick work of cement plaster 1:4 all as specified and directed.

Taking down and refixing same opening of shutters of any but exc 1 Sqm and N.Exc2 Sqm each all as directed

Taking down chowkhats or frames not exc 1.5 Sqm and removing to or from store each all as specified and directed

S&F Anodised aluminium ventilator lover type (Minimum 115micron anodising) including 4mm thick plan sheet aluminium section as per designation 63400 of is 737 complete as directed

M&L for steel windows with side hung shutters including box type hinges with one Nos of steel Handle, and two Nos of 150mm tower bolts welded to each shutter including 150mm long peg stay per leaf complete with glazing bars properly but welding all as specified and directed.

All as per Item No 19 above but without glazing bars

S& F in repair to stainless steel curtain rods fancy type with fixing fancy type brackets, stops rollers of locally available best quality complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for complete removal of existing treatment of old wall surface including brooming down/steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, mould ,moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spouts and cleaning with water on wall complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for complete removal of existing treatment of old ceiling surface including brooming down/steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, mould ,moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spouts and cleaning with water on wall complete all as specified and directed

M/L for three coats of white wash on complete removal of old plastered ceiling surfaces and all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying of 3mm thick wall care putty on specified area/location for smooth finishing all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coat of oil bound distemper over coat of primer on old plastered surfaces of wall complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer all as specified and directed

M&L for preparation of old steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint all as specified and directed

M&L for preparation of old wooden surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint all as specified and directed

Schedule'A' Part-II: E&M works

Taking down carefully aluminium/ copper point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete (excluding sunken box) including fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fittings etc and segregating serviceable fittings & set aside for reuse in the work and making good to disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, ceilings etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down unserviceable sub main wiring of any type and any size including wooden batten, PVC conduit or casing capping complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for point wiring complete with cable PVC insulated, unsheathed, 1100V grade conforming to IS for one way SP, 5A with 1.5 Sqmm of cable of nominal area multistranded copper conductor (FRLSH)drawn through and including 20mm PVC casing capping including accessories on wall/floor/ceiling ( on surface) etc with 16G MS pressed steel terminal box with 2.8 mm thick laminated sheet cover for mounting switch, socket outlet etc complete with all accessories/fittings including PVC insulated continuous multi stranded copper earth wire (1.5 Sqmm) (FRLSH) and connected to common earth dolly complete for the following :- (a) One light /fan point/ bell point controlled by one way one switch.

Ditto item No. 3 above but one 3 Pin 5/6 Amp socket outlet on independent board.

Ditto item No. 33 above one 3 Pin 5/6 Amp socket outlet on same board with other switches.

All as per item No 33 above but point wiring with 2.5 Sqmm stranded PVC unsheathed copper conductor (FRLSH) for one 3 Pin 15/16 amps socket outlet on independent board including continuous earth wire with 1.5 Sqmm stranded PVC unsheathed copper conductor (FRLSH)and connected to common earth dolly.

Material and labour for sub main wiring using two single core PVC insulated, PVC sheathed stranded copper conductor (FRLHS) cable of size 4 Sq mm unsheathed drawn in and including PVC capping casing including accessories in surface to wall/floor/ceiling etc and 1.5 Sq mm PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor(FRLSH) as continuous earth continuity conductor drawn in complete all as directed and specified.

Material and labour switch piano flush type 5/6 Amps single pole one way complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour Switch socket combination, 3/5 pin, 5/6 Amp flush type complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour Switch socket combination 2 in 1, 3 Pin, 5/6 Amp and 15/16 Amp flush type universal complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fixing stepped type electronics fan regulator on the existing phenolic laminated sheet etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fixing Ceiling rose 3 Terminal/PVC/ Polycarbonate, isolated body complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing lamp holder, PVC/Polycarbonate type with back plate suitable for batten fittings complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing 18 watt LED bulb, 1800 lumen output, in lamp holder complete all as specified and as directed. Make - Syska, Model- SSK-SRL 18W B22 or equivalent Make of Bajaj/Philips /Havells/jaquar.

Material and labour sheet metal enclosure for double door DBs using MCB with 200 Amps rated bus/link bar of 8 way 240V including taking down unserviceable one.

Supply and fixing MCB SPN 6 to 32 Amps 230 Volt 'C' Curve, 10 KA Make : Indoasian or equivalent make of Legrand/Siemens/ ABB/Havells

Supply and fixing LED tube light fittings box type luminairies with and including 1 x 20 watts LED tube,2000 lumen output, complete with energy savings T8, recess/surfaces mounted powder coated with connector block, etc. complete with all accessories internally pre-wired and including connecting up with twin core twisted flexible cable of 0.75 sqmm 3 core copper conductor from ceiling rose to light fittings complete all as specified and as directed. (Make :- Crompton, for Batten Cat No. IGP131LT8-16, for Tube Cat No. LTT8-20) or equivalent make of Bajaj/Philips /Havells/jaquar.

Taking down carefully old unserviceable Ceiling fan/Exhaust fan/Wall mounted fan of any sizes from site for safe custody for refixing.

Hanging or Refixing of Ceiling Fan/Exhaust fan/Wall mounted fan any size including provision of suitable flexible cable as required from ceiling rose or connector to fan complete all as specified and directed.
