Fabrication, Painting, Erection and Roofing of structural housing associated with new man lift elevator at ARP of KMML TP Unit at Kollam. Kerala

Steel work welded in built up sections/framed work including cutting hoisting, fixing in position and applying two coats of approved make and colour poly urethane finish paint of DFT 50 microns each , one mid coat of micaceous iron oxide with 150 Microns of DFT , over one coats of approved make zinc rich epoxy primer of DFT 75 microns and surface roughness shall be made to SA 2.5 before applying primer etc complete as per manufacture's specification including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, lead,lift etc. complete as directed by Engineer- in-Charge at all levels.(Structural steel & Paint shall be supplied departmentally as free of cost).

Laying, covering & fixing the structural housing with suitable Asbestos/FRP sheets on roof and side claddings. Asbestos/FRP sheet shall be supplied departmentally at free of cost. The supply of appropriate GI poly coated (L/J/U) Bolts & Cap Nuts with washers shall be under contractors scope

Machining and providing of threads on both ends purlin tie-rods (sag rod) of size 16MM Dia x 1000MM Length round bar. MS Round bar of size 16 MM shall be supplied departmentally at free of cost.

Supply & providing MS bolts, Nuts & Washers (Grade 5.8) of different sizes for joining structural membranes

Fabrication, fixing & alignment of foundation bolts with templates on civil footing pedestals of different sizes as per drg. Foundations bolts will be supplied departmentally at free of cost
