Dismantling of existing roof treatment i.e APP membrane, brick tiles or terracing tiles, single layer on roof incl mud mortar / lime concrete of any thickness and open up RCC roof slab including picking, sweeping cleaning with wire brush and washing down with water to remove dust, dirt to get surface free of laitance , scales, oil or any other loose material complete all as specified and directed. incl removing the debris from site to out of MoD land complete all as specified and directed. Note:- 1. The work is required to be carried out at non-accessible roof for single storey.The contractor shall make arrangement of scoffolding, safety & security of workers and arrangement for approach to roof. 2.The rates quoted shall deemed to be included for these items .

Demolition of reinfocement cement concrete (reinforcement shall be cut as required to facilitate demolition) as in Roofs, floors (other than ground floors), beams, staircases, landing, chajjas, RCC downward facia of roof projection and similar suspended work incl removing the debris from site to out of MoD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone agg) mixed with liquid water proofing compound (as per manufacture specification & direction) over and incl one coat of cement slurry admixed with acrylic bonding compound SBR Latex liquid polymer as to be used for bonding of new concrete/ mortar to old surface as per manufacturer direction and finishing the surface even and smooth(without using extra cement) as in roof padding to receive water proofing treatment complete all as specified and directed. Note :- 1.The work is required to be carried out at non-accessible roof for single storey . The contractor shall make arrangement of scoffolding, safety & security of workers and arrangement for approach to roof . The rates quoted shall deemed to be included for these items . 2. The liquid water proofing compound and SBR Latex shall be measured & paid seprately.

M&L of water proofing treatment to non-accessible roof slab with APP based modified polymeric membrane as per manufacturer’s instructions with following course of description below :- (a) Applying a priming coat of bituminious primer @ 0.30 Kg /Sqm, till the surface is properly impregnated. (b) Providing APP based 5 layer polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3.60 Kg/ Sqm and minimum 3 mm thick reinforced with polyester non-woven fabric (weight not less than 150 gms/sqm) centre core, laid on primed surface by forced applications as per the manufacturer's instructions with side over lap of 75 mm and end overlap of 100 mm. All overlap joints shall be sealed thoroughly by thermo fusing both the membrane layer (torching overlap by propane or butane gas torch ) and sealing it with the help of hot trowel. The overlap joints shall be made as a monolithic layer. (c) Apply two coat of bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.20 Kg/Sqm (each coat) over APP membrance. Note:- 1. The work of water proofing treatment shall be got executed through authorised applicator of the manufacturer only and 10 year company back warranty to be submitted by contractor. 2. The work is required to be carried out at non-accessible roof slab for single storeyed. The contractor shall make arrangement of scaffolding, safety and security of workers and arrangement for approach to roof . The rates quoted shall deemed to be included for these items.)

M& L for concrete angle-fillets with a radiaus of 75 to 100 mm at junctio between roofs/chajja and vertical faces of wall to ease up about corners and over chhajas/roofs with PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5 mm stone aggregate) mixed with integral water proofing compound as per manufacture direction) incl using form work (straight or curved ) as required complete all as specified and directed. Note:- water proofing compound measured and paid sepretly under relivent item of Sch A.

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing and rubbish off the premises from MoD all as specified and directed.

M&L for coloured glazed ceramic tiles of any design and pattern, (all as approved by GE/AGE (I) ), 300x450x 7 to 8 mm thick, as in dado etc incl 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4, Set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white of coloured cement to match the shade of the tiles . Tiles shall be confirming to IS-15622:2017, Group B III with average water absorption between 10% to 15%. Length, width and straightness of sides + 0.20% (Max deviation). Thickness + 4.0% (Max deviation). Straightness of sides and Rectangularity +0.15% (Max Deviation). surface flatness + 0.22% (Max deviation). Breaking strength 500 N (Minimum) and minimum 95% tiles shall be free from visible defects complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Shade of the tiles including Colour, design and pattern shall be got approved by AGE(I)

Taking down chowkhats or frames of any description with shutters (without taking off shutter from the frames) exe 1.5 Sqm but not exceeding 4.0 Sq.m each complete all as specified and directed.

The cost of all materials, T&P and labour required for preparation of surface are deemed to be included in the rates quoted. (ii). The work must be got executed through authorised applicator of manufacture. The authorised applicator of manufacturer shall be got approved from GE/ AGE (I) before commencement of work. (iii).
