ALUMINIUM WORK

FALSE CEILING

Providing and fixing Fiber Glass Reinforced plastic (FRP) Door Frames of cross- section 90 mm x 45 mm having single rebate of 32 mm x 15 mm to receive shutter of 30 mm thickness. The laminated shall be moulded with fire resistant grade unsaturated polyester resin and chopped mat. Door frame laminate shall be 2 mm thick and shall be filled with suitable wooden block in all the three legs. The frame shall be covered with fiber glass from all sides. M.S. stay shall be provided at the bottom to steady the frame.

Providing and fixing to existing door frames.30 mm thick Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic (F.R.P) flush door shutter in different plain and wood finish made with fire retardant grade unsaturated polyester resin, moulded to 3 mm thick FRP laminate all around, with suitable wooden blocks inside at required places for fixing of fittings and polyurethane foam (PUF) / Polystyrene foam to be used all filler material throughout the hollow panel, casted monoolithically with testing parameters of F.R.P. laminate conforming to table - 3 of IS : 14856, complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

OT ROOM

Providing, Fixing, Supply, Installation, and Commissioning of Automatic Hermetically Sealing Sliding Door, having high pressure laminate on both sides that could withstand high abrasion , vision panels (300x300mm) , for smooth sliding .The door moves on nylon wheels within an single piece aluminium extruded track, etc inclusive of all accessories.

Supply Installation Testing & Commissioning (SITC) of the Modular False Ceiling System shall comprise of ceiling panels of double skin type 50mm thick, sandwiched with self extinguishing quality PUF of density not less than 38kg/cum the inner and outer skin shall be of powder coated steel sheet, the thickness of inner skin and outer skin of the panel shall not less than 0.4mm the powder coated steel sheet shall be hot dip galvanized with zinc coating not less than 180gm/sqm both side of the GI sheet used. The false ceiling system shall also include ceiling grid system consisting of T-grid of extruded aluminum anodized surface, wall angle, suspender rod, turnbuckle, nuts, bolts, anchor fasteners etc., as required for fixing the panels, & HEPA filter frame, ceiling grid configuration length and width shall be suitable for fixing ceiling blanks, HEPA module, light fixtures etc. All the suspended material shall be galvanized finish. The ceiling grid system shall be suitable for walkable type false ceiling.the vertical panels to be from false ceiling till the true concrete ceiling. Supply Installation Testing & Commissioning (SITC) of Wall panels made up of GI powder coated of 0.4 mm thick sheet on both sides, with 50 mm thick class 'O' PUF of min.38kg/m3 density sandwitched in between. The GI sheet shall have 80 micron thick powder coating by hot dip galvanizing with zinc coating not less than 180gm/sqm both side of the panel. Scope includes bottom runner, inter connecting profiles, fixing arrangements, coving, silicon sealant, joint application and all other accessories required to complete the work as per site equirements. Providing and applying R3E or R2C, solvent free epoxy primer in two coats, on the prepared floor , using a brush or short / medium pile roller at a time gap of 8 hrs by ensuring a uniform coating is achieved and compensated the differences in surface porosity, allowing second coat to dry for 24 Hrs, etc and complete as per manufacturer's specification. Self Levelling Epoxy Topping, Providing and installing Ardex R 25 CE, high performance, epoxy resin flooring system by mixing all 4 components using heavy duty slow speed drilling machine fixed with mixing paddle, pouring of mixed material on the primed surface and spreading it using suitable notch trowel at 2 mm thickness, gently rolling the spike roller to remove the entrapped air, etc and complete as per manufacturer's specification. [The properties are as follows:- Pot life : 30 min; Initial hardness : 24 hours; Full cure : 7 days; Bond strength : >1.5 N/mm²; Compressive strength : 70 N/mm²; Flexural strength : 31 N/mm²; Tensile strength : 23 N/mm²]. Supplying and laying polyester, washable and stain free cloth(Bio-Active fabric washable germ free suitable for sterile area) curtain system with maximum curtain cloth height 230 cm(top 30 cm white colour net and 200cm light blue color as per approval) stitching with stifiner tape, pleats, ironing and laying around each bed using PVC runner with hooks & stopper for hanging/sliding etc. as per the direction of engineer in charge including conveyance to site, laying in line and level, sealing all cutting in false ceiling with powder coated MS cup, all leads and lifts including all labour charges etc. complete. Providing and laying water proofing treatment in sunken portion of WCs, bathroom etc., by applying cement slurry mixed with water proofing cement compound consisting of applying : (a) First layer of slurry of cement @ 0.488 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.253 kg/ sqm. This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours. (b) Second layer of slurry of cement @ 0.242 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.126 kg/sqm. This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours followed with water curing for 48 hours.
