Earth work in excavation for structures of bridge work in all heights and depths in all kinds of soil including saturated soil, comprising of mixed soil, ordinary rock and hard rock as per drawing and technical specifications including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal in all leads and lifts including dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable material in compacted layers not exceeding fifteen centimetre thickness. All work of rock cutting by blastinging shall be carried out by taking all necessary precaution against soil erosion damage to hill side water pollution etcetera and to protect stability of hill slop, rock shall be excavated with chiseling and wedging out rock (where blasting is prohibited). All earth work in cutting/excavation including rock excavation shall be carried out true to level, side slopes, width, as shown on the drawings or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, hauling and stacking of materials useful for construction at suitable sites and safe disposal of unsuitable cut materials in specified manner, including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge as per MORTH technical specification clause 304. If the foundation of the structure is in an area with stagnant water or water is met with in the excavation due to spring seepage and other causes it shall be removed by suitable diversion bailing out or pumping as directed and the area of the foundation shall be kept dry. Any loss to the public or private property during the course of excavation shall be the whole responsibility of the contractor which shall have to be duly compensated by him at his own cost in all cases.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated concrete for plain/ reinforced concrete in open foundation for all type of structure complete of plain cement concrete nominal grade M-10 (M-ten) nominal mix 1:3:6 (one cement : three sand : six graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm (Forty milimetres) nominal size in or under water and curing complete and including pumping or bailing out water dewatering removal of slush as required at site which may arise at the time of layer under water complete for all heights/ depths including the cost of form work complete in all respect as per drawing and M.O.R.T.H. technical specification clause 2100 and as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate including octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax GST or other taxes as imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated plain cement concrete in open foundation for all type of structures plain cement concrete Grade M-25 (M-twenty) with cement contents not less than 330 kg (three hundred thirty kilogram) per cubic metre and crushed stone aggregate 40mm (Forty milimetres) nominal size in flooring or under water including curing complete including pumping or bailing out water, dewatering, removal of slush as required at site or which may arise at the time of laying under water complete for all heights/ depths including cost of form work as per Drawing and M.O.R.D. technical specification section 800, 900 and 1200 as per entire satisfaction and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge including haulage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidental charges. The rate is including of octroi, royality, Malkana Sale Tax, Toll tax GST and all other taxes imposed by the Government.

Supplying fitting and placing upto all heights/ depths HYSD bars reinforcement in sub structure complete as per drawing and MORD technical specification section 1000 including cutting, bending binding and placing in position complete in all respect including cost of binding wire up to all heights and as per directions and entire satisfactions of Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and other incidental. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying of filter media with granular material/stone crushed aggregates satisfying the requirement laid down in clause 2504.2.2 of M.O.R.T.H. specifications to a thickness of not less than 600mm (six hundred milimetres) with smaller size towards the soil and bigger side towards the wall and provided over the entire surface behind abutment, wing wall and return wall to the full height compacted to a firm condition complete as per drawing and M.O.R.T.H. technical specification 710.1.4 of IRC:78 and 2200 as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Back filling with granular material obtained from approved quarry/ road side cutting behind abutments, wing wall return walls, and retaining walls/ Breast walls complete as per drawing and MORD technical specifications clause 1604 as per directions and entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidental. The rate is including octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Loosening of the ground upto a level of 300 mm (Three hundred milimetres) below the subgrade level, watered, graded and compacted in layers to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 for subgrade construction as per Technical Specification Clause 303.5.2, including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidental . The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Construction of embankment with approved materials obtain from borrow pits cutting, transporting to site spreading, grading to required slope and graded up to any height compacted with three Wheel Road Roller 80-100 ( eighty-hundred ) KN static weight road roller to meet the requirement of tables 300.1 and 300.2 as per M.O.R.D. technical specification Clause 301.5 including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidental and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of the Engineer- In –Charge. The rate including octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Construction of sub grade and earthen shoulders with power Road Roller 8-10 Tonne ( eight –Ten Tonne ) capacity with approved materials obtained from borrow pits with in all leads and lifts transporting to site, spreading grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of table 300.2 and as per M.O.R.D. technical specifications Clause 407, including hauling of materials in all leads, lifts and other incidental and as per the entire satisfaction and directions of Engineer-in-Charge . The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying granular sub base with local material spreading in uniforms layers with mortar grader on prepared surface and mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density complete as per MORD technical specifications clause 401, including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidental charges. The rate is including octroi, royalty, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying spreading by mechanical means and compacting stone aggregate of specified size to water bound Macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 (Eighty/Hundred) K.N. static Road roller in stages to proper grade and camber applying and brooming crushed stone screening type-B 11.2mm (eleven point two milimetres) size for Grading-II at the rate of 0.20 (zero point two zero cubic metre per 10 sqm. (Ten square metre) of road surface including binding material of approved quality at the rate of 0.06 (zero point zero six) cubic metre per 10sqm. (ten square metre) of road surface to fill up the interstices of course aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading –II 63mm to 45mm ( Sixty three millimetres to forty five millimetres) size 75mm (Seventy Five millimetres) compacted thickness as per M.O.R.D. technical specifications clause 405 including hauling of material within all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer – in- Charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidental . Providing and laying spreading by mechanical means and compacting stone aggregate of specified size to water bound Macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 (Eighty/Hundred) K.N. static Road roller in stages to proper grade and camber applying and brooming crushed stone screening type-B 11.2mm (eleven point two milimetres) for Grading-III at the rate of 0.18 cum ( zero point one eight cubic metres) per ten square metres, to fill up the interstices of course aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading –III 53mm to 22.4mm ( fifty three millimetres to twenty two point four millimetres) size 75mm (Seventy Five millimetres) compacted thickness as per M.O.R.D. technical specifications clause 405 including hauling of material in all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer – in- Charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidental . Providing and applying primer coat with BITUMEN emulsion (SS-1) on the prepared surface of granular base after and including cleaning of road surface with Hydraulic brooms and spraying primer with bitumen emulsion pressure distributer and spraying at the rate of 1.05 kg (zero point eight five kilogram) per square meter using mechanical means as per M.O.R.D. technical specifications clause 502 including hauling of material in all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer – in- Charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidental . Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion (RS-I) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.275 kgs. (Zero decimal two seven five kilogram) per square metre on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer and cleaned with hydraulic broom as per MORD technical specification clause-503, including hauling of material in all leads lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidental. The rate is including octroi, royality, malkana toll tax sale tax GST and other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying bituminous Concrete with 100-120 TPH bath type hot mix plant producing and average output of 75 tonne per hours using crushed aggregate of specified grading premix with bituminuos binder @ 5.4 to 5.6 % of mix and filler transporting the hot mix to work site laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher to a sensor control to require grade , level and alignment rolling with smooth wheeled vibratory and tandem roller to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No 509 complete in all respects, including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental.
