Top cover: - Design, detail engineering, drawing of appropriate dismantling type liner thickness 8-10mm (SS 410) & fixing arrangement on Top cover of turbine including Machining/removal of MS material from top cover to maintain required clearances to fix Stainless-Steel liner. Supply & fixing of Stainless-Steel material (Liners) in proper shape. Boring of guide vane bush holes in top cover of proper size through VBM. Final machining of top cover to maintain dimension as per OEM drawing/existing for full load output. Supply & replacement of labyrinth (Generator side cover). Complete testing in all respect including all men, material & all T&P required for proper completion of work

Bottom cover: - Design, detail engineering, drawing of appropriate dismantling type liner thickness 8-10mm (SS 410) & fixing arrangement on Bottom cover of turbine including Machining/removal of MS material from bottom to maintain required clearances to fix Stainless-Steel liner. Supply & fixing of Stainless-Steel Liner in proper shape. Boring of guide vane bush holes in bottom cover of proper size through VBM. Final machining of bottom cover to maintain dimension as per OEM drawing/existing for full load output. Supply & replacement of exit labyrinth (between bottom cover & D/T expansion joint Cone piece). Complete testing in all respect including all men, material & all T&P required for proper completion of work.

Guide Vanes: - Dismantling, removal of damaged portion by deep grinding, welding & machining of Guide vanes (20 Nos), welding work shall be in slow welding and long cooling concept to avoid any thermal stress or any deviation in Guide vanes dimension, bedding of 20 Nos guide vanes according to the dimension in drawing to arresting leakage minimum, greasing, proper setting of regulating ring with GV link & lever assembly, final adjustment, dry testing and operation complete in all respect including all men, material (consumables as per annexure-I) & all T&P required for proper completion of work.

Guide Vanes Bush Housing: - Supply, replacement, testing and commissioning of bush housing (20 Set), seals and O ring as per sample including all men, material & all T&P required for proper completion of work.

Runner Assembly: - Dismantling of runner cone and runner, measuring blade profile, inlet & discharge area dimension, gouging of uneven surfaces (portion at the start weld build up) welding by using rod D&H/L&T make E410-NiMO grade special low heat electrode suitable for welding CA6NM casting of runner with proper heat treatment process, grinding, profile making as per OEM supplied template. during repairing following test to be performed by contactor own cost. i.  DPT & UT test to detect weld joints and entire heat-affected zone internal flaws like cracks, pin holes, voids, cavities, lack of fusion and reports shall be submitted in detail. ii. After repairing & maintaining final dimensions as per drawing for full load output capacity static & dynamic balancing in a dynamic balancing machine by mounting of runner in mandrel done by contractor and report shall be submitted in detail including all men, material (consumables as per annexure-I) & all T&P required for proper completion of work.

Shaft Seal Assembly & Balancing Pipe System: - Complete dismantling of shaft seal assembly, inspection of damaged labyrinth ring, repair and maintenance of shaft seal assembly. Supply and replacement of Straub, damaged pipe portion, Nut & bolts. Reassembly of shaft seal assembly, arresting of leakage to minimum, testing complete in all respect including all men, material & all T&P required for proper completion of work.

7.5 MVA Transformer: - Removal of HT jumpers & LT Cable, cleaning of Transformer & painting, Checking of oil level, measurement of BDV, IR & PI value before and after Centrifuging of oil, Checking of Nitrogen Pressure in Air Cell, refilling of nitrogen if required, replacement of Silica gel of air Breather, Testing of OTI & WTI alarm and tripping functions & Buchholz relay function test complete in all respect including all men, material & all T&P required for proper completion of work.

6.250 MVA Synchronous Generator: Complete servicing overhauling & repairing of DE & NDE bearing during annual maintenance. (i)Inspection of DE & NDE Bearing, thrust pads, counter thrust pads, cleaning, scrapping, adjustment and blue matching of pads. (ii)  Complete repair and maintenance of Synchronous Generator braking system. Supply & replacement of brake pads. (iii)  Complete cleaning (removal of oil, moisture, dirt & carbon) from flywheel area. measurement of IR & PI value before spinning of machine. (iv) Complete levelling & alignment of Generator rotor with Turbine at the time of Box up of machine. Above work shall be completed in all respect including all men, material & all T&P required for proper completion of work.

Lubrication Oil System (LOS): - Complete Servicing/ overhauling cleaning of tank, recalibration of all pressure switches. Servicing of pressure relief valve for proper oil flow & pressure required to Generator bearing and testing of DROPCO make Lubrication Oil System through OEM Authorized person, in all respect including all man & material required for proper completion of work.
