Following detailed maintenance work of lawn grass, flower bed, flower pot, Brick work etc. is to be done :-

Maintenance of lawn grass including weeding out of all undesired growths, watering, trimming etc. using lawn mover or khurpi etc.

Providing good quality of Brick around flower bed (Brick lining) sufficient inside control room / lawn / security gate inside road and yard, BCU's & store room with vertically tappered adjusent positioning as per standared practice. Painting of Brick with alternatively Red (Geru) & White colour

Upkeep of flower bed approx. 1.5 Meter wide by weeding out of all undesired growths, watering, trimming, tilling etc. time to time using khurpi etc.

Upkeep of flower pots / vase by weeding out of all undesired growths, watering, trimming, tilling etc. time to time using khurpi etc.

Supplying of decomposed manure which shall be well decayed organic vegetable matter obtained in the dry state, free from earth, stone, pebbles, brickbats or other external stuff, its carriage to site and mixing with soil

Spreading of above manure mixture in flower bed after making homeogenous mixture with the soil of flower bed including digging, providing & mixing with pesticides, watering etc. as per requirement on 06 monthly basis

Filling of manure mixture in flower pots after making homeogenius mixture with the soil of flower pot including taking out necessary soil from flower pot, providing & mixing with pesticides, watering etc.

Supply and planting of different seasonal plants at least 30 cm to 40 cm tall, well rooted, fresh healthy of good shape.

Providing & Painting of earthen & cement flower pots / vase with orange, white and green colour acrylic paint

Painting of tree trunk with red colour (Geru) and white colour lime alternatively half Meter each having total 1 Meter height
