Earthwork in excavation by mechanical means in all types of strata comprising any of the material such as soil, silt, sand, clay, gravel, moorum of all varieties, shingles, pebbles, all types of coglomerates, all types of laterite rocks, soft rock,ordinary rock,disintegrated rock,fissured / shuttered rock, decomposed or weathered rock and such other materials in full or in parts as the case may be by adopting any approved method or methods as may be convenient or permitted including chiselling,wedging etc.but blasting prohibited in all conditions such as dry,moist, saturated submerged, foul conditions etc. including pumping or bailing out water/dewatering incl. setting out constructed of shoring and bracing, removal of stump and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom and back filling the excavated earth to the extent required and disposal of excavated soil/rock at specified areas within 50 m all leads and lifts etc. as per specification & drawing and directed by the Engineer- in- charge etc. complete.

Rubble packing with hard laterite stone under floors including watering ramming and consolidating etc. in pipeline trenches and other foundations complete.

Laterite masonry in neatly dressed stones of size as specified in cement mortar 1: 4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) in foundation and basement.

Providing & laying in position cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded granitic or basaltic stone aggrt. 20 mm. nominal size) excluding cost of centering, shuttering and finishing :a) All works upto plinth level

Centering and shuttering including struttings, propping etc. and removal of formwork for a) Foundations, footings, bases for columns and mass concrete.

Reinforced cement concrete work (1:11/2:3) (1 cement:11/ 2 coarse sand: 3 graded granitic or basaltic aggreate 20mm nominal size)in suspended floors, roofs, landings, shelves and their supports and balconies upto floor five level including finishing and plastering the ceiling with C.M. (1:3) (1 cement: 3 fine sand) of thickness not exceeding 6mm to give a smooth and even surface but excluding the cost of centering and shuttering

Centering & shuttering including Strutting, Propping & removal of forms for : (xiii) Suspended floors, roofs landings, shelves & their supports

Providing TMT steel reinforcement bars of (SAIL, TATA. VIZAG, JSW Steel Ltd.) ) (Confirming to IS 1786 of 1986) for RCC work (conforming to I.S. 1786 of 1986) including bending, binding & placing in position in all the floors along with the factory made precast concrete cover blocks of specified sizes whose compressive strength is not less than that of surrounding concrete in the structural member.

Providing, Supplying and fixing in position cement balusters of mix 1:3 reinforced with 10mm steel bar, casted using single mould, hand crafted of clear height 60 cm, circular of dia 14cm, spaced at 20 cm c/c including fixing and embeding in concrete,neatly polished and properly cured all complete as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Providing and fixing coloured ceramic tiles spartek or equivalent of 12 " x 12" (399x150 mm cut size) 6 mm thick in skirting and dados on 12 mm thick cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointed with cement slurry complete.

Providing and laying factory made Shot blasted cement concrete interlocking paver block of minimum M35 grade made by heavy duty block making machine with strong vibratory compaction and of approved size and design / shape laid in 50 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with coarse sand, etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer.- in I, Wave, Rectangular, Square etc. shapes. The products should comply to IS 15658:2006 and manfucatured by ISO9001: 2008 certified plant. The shot blasting should be done using 0.4-0.5mm dia steel shots with a speed of 3200 rpm. a) 60 mm thick in all colours except grey (M35 grade)

Providing and fixing Granite stone slabs (mirror polished) 18mm thick in risers of steps, skirting, dado and pillars laid on cement paste and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slabs, including rubbing and polishing complete (b) Cherry Red

18mm cement plaster in two coats under layer 12mm thick cement plaster 1:5 ( 1 cement : 5 coarse sand) and top layer 6mm thick with cement plaster 1: 3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) finished with sponge.

Applying one coat of cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface.

Painting three or more coats with acryllic exterior paint of approved brand and manufacture (Such as Dulex/ Asian Paints/ Sherwin Willians) including applying one coat of cement primer and one coat of surface treatment etc. complete.

Providing & fixing of facility information sign board of size 600mmx800mm rectangle made out of retro reflective sheeting conforming to Type XI standards of ASTM D4956-09 & as per IRC-67: 2012 specifications, fully covered over 4mm thick ACP/2mm thick Al supported with back support frame of 35x35x5 mm mild steel angle. Board Shall be fixed to a vertical post of 75x75x6mm mild steel angle of 3.6 mtr height and firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M20 grade cement concrete 45 cm X 45 cm X 60 cm etc, 60 cm below ground level. 10 years warranty & a certified copy of three years outdoor exposure report from an independent lab as per IRC 67-2012 for Type XI retro reflective sheeting shall be submitted by the contractor.

Providing and fixing of weep holes with rigid PVC make laid in position with a required slope and level while laying pipe of approved the concrete of retaining wall, wing wall and earth retaining structure complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (B) 75 mm dia

ELECTRICAL Supply & installation Testing and Commissioning of decorative conical tapred ornamental 12 Watt, milky diffuser led Lamp gate light type,mounted on ornamental pole 11.30feet with decorative bracket and Base plate, with all the installation Charges etc.Complete as per directions of the Engineer in Charge.

Supply of 4 core armoured PVC/XLPE insulated, PVCsheathed aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV gradewith ISI mark conforming to IS:1554(Part I),IS:7098(Part I) with latest amendments of following size. (5) 4 Core 16 sq.mm

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of size not exceeding 25 sq.mm in the existing RCC/HUME/STONEWARE Metal pipe, etc. complete as required

Supplying and fixing of following sizes of rigid PVC conduit alongwith accessories insurface(medium)/recess(heavy) including cutting the wall and making good the same in case of recessed conduit as required.(d) 40 mm

Earthing with GI earth pipe 2 mts long 40 mm dia medium class with ISI mark,of approved brands, including accessories and providing masonry enclosure with CI/RCC cover having locking /lifting arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal or coke and salt) as required as per the Earthing Drawing provided by the Engineer-Incharge.The scope of work includes the following: a) Excavation of pit of size 1.0x1.0x 2.0 mtrs(min) and disposal of excavated soil. b) Class B GI pipe, 40mm diameter as per specifications. c) Charcoal/salt as per specs ( paid seperately). d) Refilling the pit of size 1.0x1.0x 2.0 mtrs(min) with soft black soil of minimum resistivity i/c transportation. e)Masonary chamber with proper foundation, cover plate and locking arrangement. f) Testing of earth value with earth megger and certifications of its value. Aluminium tag with embossed earthing value to be attached to the pipe. g)watering arrangement(plumbing will be paid seperately) (a) in soily strata

Supplying and laying 6 SWG GI wire at 0.5 m below ground level for conductor earth electrode including soldering etc. as required

Wiring for circuit/ submain wiring along with earth wire with the following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in the existing recessed rigid PVC conduit as required. (a) 2x1.5 sqmm + 1x1.5 sqmm earthwire

Providing and Fixing following rating and breaking Capacity adjustable 4 pole MCCB inside the existing Cubical panel board inside including drilling holes in cubical panel making connection etc as required (a)100A Adjustable 35/40KA, CAT B
