M&L for providing cement concrete type D-2 1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate) in foundations, filling, post hole filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), and removing unserviceable material,outside of A 1 defence land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Non- skid coloured ceramic tiles of any design and pattern, 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exe 0.06 sqm but not exe 0.11, in floor etc incl 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 , set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of the tiles . Tiles shall be confirming to IS-15622.2006, Group B II with average water absorption between 3% to 6%. Length, width and straightness of sides + 0.10% (Max deviation). Thickness + 5.0% (Max deviation). Centre & Edge curvature and warpage + 0.50% (Max deviation). Breaking strength 1000 N (Minimum) and minimum 95% tiles shall be free from visible defects. Note:- Shade of the tiles including Colour, design and pattern shall be approved by AGE (I)

M&L for coloured glazed ceramic tiles of any design and pattern, 300x450x 7 to 8 mm thick, as in dado etc incl 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4, Set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white of coloured cement to match the shade of the tiles . Tiles shall be confirming to IS-15622:2017, Group B III with average water absorption between 10% to 15%. Length, width and straightness of sides + 0.20% (Max deviation). Thickness + 4.0% (Max deviation). Straightness of sides and Rectangularity +0.15% (Max Deviation). surface flatness + 0.22% (Max deviation). Breaking strength 500 N (Minimum) and minimum 95% tiles shall be free from visible defects. Note: Shade of the tiles including Colour, design and pattern shall be got approved by AGE(I) .Complete all as specified and directed

M & L of 18-20 mm thick granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window- cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite incl 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 incl full round bull nosing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20mm graded aggregate) 75 mm thick as in plinth protection surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement including 4 mm thick glass dividing strip of figured glass, pin headed type, 73 mm wide inserted in position Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge .

Taking up or down steel water tubing and connections including cleaning for refixing or removing to store 15 mm dia .complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster, terrazzo dado in any thickness from brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and removing unserviceable material,outside of A 1 defence land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete walls internal surfaces in CM 1:6 finished to even & smooth without using extra cement. Complete all as specified and directed

M&L Rendering 15 mm thick cement plaster on concrete brick walls in two coats first coat of 10 mm in CM 1:4 & 2nd coat of 5mm in CM 1:4 mixed with integral water proofing compound finished to even & smooth w/o using extra cement. Note :- Integral water proofing liquid will be measured and paid seperately.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound.(ISI marked) complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for Rendering 5 mm thick CM 1:3 on brick or concrete surfaces of ceiling /chajja's finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of external wall all as prescribed by manufacture of paint and applying two coats of exterior anti fungal acrylic emulsion paint (walmista of Berger paint or equitant in Asian paint, Nerolac etc having three years of performance warranty) over a coat of exterior water based primer of same make all as specified and prescribed by manufacture of paint and as directed at site by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- 1. The newly plastered surface must be prepared in a manner so that there should not be any impression of dent and it should be made even all as per manufacture instruction before application of emulsion paint. The cost of all materials, T&P and labour required for preparation of surface are deemed to be included in the rates quoted. (ii). The work must be got executed through authorised applicator of manufacture after concluding an MoU with manufacture for company back guarantee by the contractor. The authorised applicator of manufacturer shall be got approved from GE/ AGE (I) before commencement of work. (iii). All the material to be incorporated in the work shall be brought by contractor to MES store yard which will be subsequently issued by deportment for incorporation in the work to ensure the quantity to be consumed all as per recommendation of manufacture. (iv). after carrying out preparation of surface the same shall be got approved from GE /AGE (I) before application of distemper for each building. (v). M&L for preparation of old decorated surface of exterior wall by removing existing treatment with mechanical sander (rpm 1500-2700) along with internal dust extraction system for clean environment certified by reputed paint manufacturers, then washing the surface with Bleaching powder solution for treatment of fungal growth and applying two coats of exterior anti fungal acrylic emulsion paint (wallmista of Berger paint or equitant in Asian paint, Nerolac etc having three years of performance warranty) over a coat of exterior water based primer of same make all as specified and prescribed by manufacture of point and as directed at site by Engineer-in-Charge. ( earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr depth below ground level at any type of strata ) with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5mtr below normal ground level connected by 4 mm GI wire as earth lead by means of brass nuts and bolt,thimbles check nuts, washers including concrete chamber of PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate with fair finish, internal surface of concrete chamber shall be given internal dia 300mm x300mm, 15mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 funnel with wire mesh, RCC pit cover of 320x320x80mm size (1:2:4) Type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate rainforced with XPM and charcoal, dust and common salt all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-1(2009) and specified including and provision of GI wire upto 7.5 mtrs long with 15 mm dia light grade Gi pipe protection and watering pipe of GI 20 mm bore, medium grade, including all excavation and earth work and connecting the earthing strip to panel, including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:- (i) RCC pit cover shall be precast of RCC(1:2:4) type B1, 80mm thick rainforced with XPM weighting not less than 4kg/sqm in lieu of CI cover.(ii) Cost of additional GI wire more than 7.5 mtrs will be measured and paid seperately under relevant items.
