PART – A- SUGAULI –Handling of Sugar Bags:
Handling, filling and stitching 50 Kgs filled Sugar bags in HDPE/PP Bags/Jute Bags. Job includes handling of empty bags, filling, cross checking weight of filled bags and stacking filled bags after stitching neatly at Sugar house for further shifting/ transportation. Please note the threads, filling machines, stitching machine etc. will be provided by HBL. Operations under this item is done in all the three shifts or as directed by HBL. Contractor to quote rate per bag basis.
Handling and printing with flexible stencil year of crushing season “2024-25” over empty HDPE/PP bags/Jute Bags. The operations shall be in all the three shifts or as directed by HBL. Contractor to quote rate per bag basis.
Handling, shifting of 50 Kgs filled sugar bags, shifting through conveyor from drier house to sugar godown, unloading and stacking neatly grade wise at Sugar godown as directed by HBL's Godown-in-charge. Contractor will be allowed to use portable conveyors, stackers etc. available at plant. In case of tractor-trollies required for shifting, same will be provided by HBL including its fuel. However, loading and unloading the bags will be in the scope of Contractor. Contractor shall maintain records of stacking etc. complete. The contractor shall ensure 3 shifts uninterrupted operations. Contractor to quote rate in per bag basis.
Handling and loading 50 Kgs filled Sugar bags in trucks. Job include de-stacking, removal of bags from stacks inside sugar godown, shifting/ transporting through conveyor up to trucks and loading of bags in trucks/trolleys for dispatch to customers. The operation shall be in shifts as directed by HBL. Contractor to quote rate per bag basis.
Handling, filling of brown sugar in 50 kg capacity sugar bags then loading shifting and stacking of brown sugar bags 50 Kgs capacity from curing section to Sugar Godown. The job includes loading the brown sugar bags in trolleys in curing section, shifting brown sugar bags from curing section to go down and stacking the brown sugar bags in godown as directed HBL’s Officer-in-charge. The operations shall be in shifts as directed by HBL. The contractor shall quote rate per bag basis. In case of tractor-trollies required for shifting, same will be provided by HBL including its fuel. However, loading and unloading the bags will be in the scope of Contractor.
Handling, de- stacking, loading, shifting of brown sugar bags/ wet bags/ damaged bags of 50 Kgs capacity from Sugar Godown to Boiling house for reprocessing. The job includes loading brown sugar bags/ wet bags in truck-trollies, shifting, reprocessing in magma mixture/ melter/ hopper as directed by HBL’s Officer-in-charge. The operations shall be in shifts as directed by HBL. The contractor shall quote rate per bag basis. In case of tractor-trollies required for shifting, same will be provided by HBL including its fuel. However loading and unloading the bags will be in the scope of Contractor.
Segregating wet bags/ damaged bags inside the Sugar Godown during loading and restacking the same at designated place inside the Sugar godown as directed by Officer-in-charge. The operations shall be in shifts as directed by HBL. The contractor shall quote rate in per bag basis.
Handling, de- stacking, emptying damaged 50 Kgs sugar bags and filling in good 50 Kgs bags, topping up, re-weighing, re-stitching and restacking good filled sugar bags inside the Sugar godown. The job includes shifting the bags inside the godown. The operations shall be in shifts as directed by HBL. The contractor shall quote rate in per bag basis.
Cleaning & sweeping of Sugar godown floor, housekeeping in godown, filling scrap sugar spilled over, accumulated from floor and filing in bags and stacking the bags neatly, handling tarpaulin and covering/uncovering the sugar bags neatly as directed, any other miscellaneous handling and housekeeping work in godown. Which is not covered in above items. Ensuring 100% printing on Bags.
