OD5593/2024-2025:Providing floating platform of size 12m x 7m on pontoon (as per drawing) in steel work riveted or bolted in built up section etc.,trusses and framed work M.S. angle, iron plates, tees etc straightening cutting, fabricating and hosting including applying one coat iron primer for pontoon including cost of materials, labour charges, mobilisation charges, current charges for welding etc. hire for winch, chain, hook etc. and launching into the river and all other incidental charges including lighting etc. complete for piling in river portion. Total weight of Floating platform = 22055.70 kg This platform can be used for 200 working days and cost is taken as 1/4th of its value for calculating the daily rent therefore, the weight of platform proportional to 1 day = 22055.70*1/200*1/4 = 27.569 kg Out turn of piling work 0.60 hrs for concreting as per DAR data for 600 mm pile + 0.15 hr for anchoring and shifting, total time = 0.75 hr. for 20 m piling, time required = 20 x 0.75 = 15 hrs. ie, for 20 m piling work, the proportional weight of platform = 27.569/8*15 = 51.692 Kg Chain block Cost of chain block = 15000 Cost of chain block per day = 15000 x 1/200 x 33/100 = 24.75 Cost of chain block for 20 m piling = 24.75/8*15 = 46.41 Anchoring Cost of anchoring = 36000 Cost of anchoring per day = 36000 x 1/200 x 33/100 = 59.40 Cost for 20 m piling = 59.40/8 *15 = 111.38 Mobilisation cost for 1 day 4 operator, 4 mate & 1 boat is required for 1 day of operation ie, for 20 m piling work, operator= 4/8*15=7.50 nos, Mate=4/8*15=7.50 nos & Boat = 1/8*15=1.875 days are needed.

5.33.1:Providing and laying in position machine batched and machine mixed design mix M-25 grade cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work, using cement content as per approved design mix, including pumping of concrete to site of laying but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, including admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of Engineer - in-charge. Note:- Cement content considered in this item is @ 330 kg/ cum. Excess or less cement used as per design mix is payable or recoverable separately.All work upto plinth level
