M & L for making hole/ opening suitable for fixing of 300 mm Sweep ventilation fan and matching surface as per existing including fixing arrangement (i. e PVC sheet, nuts bolts clamp etc) all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of 300mm sweep, 1350 RPM, 50watt, Ventilation fan with Noise level: (45 - 50) dB, Copper Winding Motor, Class B Insulation, with metal body, having rated air delivery as 900 to 1300 m3 /hr , suitable for Bath Rooms, including providing & fixing the louvers/shutters with frame suitable for operation on single phase 230 volts, 50 HZ A.C. supply i/c connection etc. and making good the damaged surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Min air delivery 210 CFM with service value 6.00 BEE, Five star rated with brushless direct current motor (BLDC) Connecting up complete with and including three core flexible PVC insulated multi stranded copper condutor of size 1.0 sqmm from ceiling rose/ conector to fan (earth wire to connected to fan hook) ISI marked, all as per directed and specifed

M&L for identification sign/cautionary mandatory and information sign board (as per sample) area exceeding 1.00 sqm but not exceeding 1.50 Sqm with 2mm thick aluminium composite panal covered by encapsulated lens type retro reflective sheet (grade 3m type II diamond grade) on both side with any colour base fixed on and incuding stainless steel frame of size 25mmx25mm and hand on 50mm dia stainless pipe (fabrication work from SS 304 material) of hieght up to 2.00Metre from the natural ground level to top and post embedded in ground with PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate of size 45ccx45cmx60cm including necessary excavation and earth work complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Shape/Design of sign board as approval by GE. (ii) The letters and symbols etc, on both side shall be as per site requirement and as approved. the size and font of wording as per direction of GE.
