Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation etc.) any thickness, including cover fillets.

S & F GI frame work for seamless ceiling comprising of GI permeter channel 0.55mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30 mm and web of 27 mm fixed to suurounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450 mm centre to centre/intermediate channel 0.9mm thick having two equal flages of 15mm each and web of 45mm suspended from soffit at approx 900 mm centre to centre with GI cleat and steel expansion fateners with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2m lenght) of 0.55 mm thickness having urled web of 50mm and flange of 26 mm each with lips of 10.5 mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457mm centre to centre.

S&F Hangers 6 mm dia. G.I. S&F Seamless calcium silicate ceiling 12 mm thick made out of 1800 x 1200 mm size board of siliceous and calcareous material reinforced with cellulose fibre fixed to the ceiling section with 25 mm long self drilling and tapping screws having phillips head with under head cutter at 200 mm centre to centre, including finshing the joint of face board with specially formulated jointing compound and 48 mm wide fibre tape to provide seam less finish (Frame work for ceiling shall be measured and paid separately)

M& L for applying of 1 mm thick wall care putty on ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for applying two coats of Oil bound distemper including priming the surfaces with alkali resisrtant priming paint in ceilings complete all as specified and as directed

Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness including Nainital or similar pattern roof covering complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for 0.50 mm thick pre-painted corrugated/’Z’ profile galvalume roofing sheets as in roofing (in any location and any type) having high strength steel with minimum 550 Mpa strength hot dip coated with aluminium zinc alloy (55% aluminium and 45% zinc) pre-painted with primer coat of 5 micron and coated with Silicon modified polyester coating of 20 micron and alkalyed coating of 10 micron on reverse side. End rib, side over lap and over lap of sheets shall be designed for anti capillary activities to avoid any seepage of water through lateral overlap as per manufacturer’s instructions, including fixing with self drilling and self tapping screws 0.5mm dia full threaded, all Kautex coated and fitted with EPDM washers in stainless steel. The screws shall be coated with anti-corrosive substance to ensure longer life and shall be fixed using drill guns for lead proof installation. Screws shall be of “HILTI” make. T&P to reach the roof to fi the sheets to be arranged by the contractor and Complete all as specified and as directed. (Make : TATA BLUE SCOPE/ CRIL/METCO)

S & F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified

Dismantling of wrought iron or mild steel work any description and fixed in any position complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Rolled Mild Steel Framed work as in doors or Gates of angle or other section confirming to Fe 410 - S, with gusset plates, rails braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering and hanging and fixing complete.

M&L for removal of existing treatment from old decorated plastered surface of wall by by Vaccum based sanding machine removal of nails etc and then apply one coat of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm by using auto roller upto 9th Floor complete all as specified and as per directed by Engineer -in-Charge .

M&L Preperation of old plastered surfaces of wall and apply one coat of white wash(upto 4th floor).

Demolition of un-reinforced cement concrete above ground floor exceeding 15 cm thickness.

M & L 75mm thick PCC (1:2:4) using 20mm graded aggregate in floorings with out using extra cement

S/F in repairs Anodised aluminium grill (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868 with minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15) of approved design/pattern, with approved standard section and fixed to the existing window frame with C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws @ 200 mm centre to centre, including cutting the grill to proper opening size for fixing and operation of handles and fixing approved anodised aluminium standard section around the opening, all complete as per requirement and direction of Engineer?in-charge.

S&F 4.8mm thick tinted glass at both pane including fittings and fixture complete all as specified and as directed by engr-in-charge.

S&F in repairs 19mm prelaminated particle board, interior grade, prelaminated one side with decorative choice laminations & other side balancing white lamination, fixed with screws to timber to timber frame work

M&L for termite treatment at points of contact of wood work by chemical emulsion (in oil or kerosene based solution) @ 0.5 litre/hole by drilling 6mm dia holes at a downward angle of 45 degree at 150mm centre tocentre and sealing the same

M&L for providing 10 mm thick joints through out the thickness of road / path duly filled with mastic filling of one part of 85 / 25 hot bitumen and three part of coarse sand (By weight) with and including making impression of expanded metal whilst concrete is green complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc

M&L for Granite of 20mm in thickness (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, win?dow-cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including point?ing in white cement (1:2) us?ing marble dust with admix?ture of pigment to match with shade of granite.

M/L for cement concrete designer tiles 25cm x 25cm x 22mm with mixture of white & grey cement in equal pro-portions & no pigments over 15mm screed bed of CM 1:4. Fixing on the foot path all as directed by Engr-in-charge.
