डिजाईनर खादी परिधानों का सजीव मॉडल्‍स पर प्रत्‍यक्ष प्रदर्शन (खादी फैशन शो) इत्‍यादि कार्यों हेतु

• Venue Booking and rent will be paid by successful bidder. • Ramp, Venue décor, Masking, Main Backdrop, stage sidewalls, Console – rentals limited up to 2 days • Creating Backstage tents - green room (separate for men’s & ladies) , Hair & Make up stations with mirrors & lights , Ironing Room – rentals limited to 2 days • Chairs in the show area, backstage – green room, Hair & Makeup etc.- rentals limited to 2 days • Tent Tables, Hanger Racks, clamp lights for green rooms and complete backstage rental for 2 days • Lighting for show area: trusses, with dimmers & light spillers and masking of truss etc. rentals limited to 2 days • Sound equipment - rental/logistics cost for 2 days • Gen sets, console one 2 days • National/International Models 30 from Delhi/Mumbai -fees for one show • All dresses should be made of Khadi Fabric. • At least 40 Khadi dresses should be displayed in the event. • Choreographer, Light Designer, Sound designer, Back stage manager and linked teams. • Hotel stay & Boarding/food expenses for 2 day • Travel of talent and organising teams • It is required that the clothes at the event should be modest and dignified. • Other arrangement shall be done by successful bider as directed by Secretary, RKVIB. • Event Security Like Bouncers, Police arrangement, Fire brigade
