M&L Sub main wiring using PVC insulated and unsheathed multistranded FRLS copper conductor cable using approved colour code as per IS drawing in and incl PVC casing and capping with all accessories and making good disturbed surfaces of wall, floor or ceiling with plaster and finishing the surfaces with distemper / white washing / colour washing to match with the existing surface complete all as specified and directed of the following sizes of cables:-

(a) Using two single core PVC insulated FRLS cable 4 sqmm copper conductor multi stranded and 4.0 sqmm copper conductor insulated cable using as earth wire. Note : 2 runs of 4sqmm copper cable & 1 run of 4.0sqmm copper cable in and including 20mm PVC casing capping shall be measured as one unit

(b) Using two single core PVC insulated FRLS cable 6 sqmm copper conductor multi stranded and 6.0 sqmm copper conductor insulated cable using as earth wire. Note : 2runs of 6sqmm copper cable & 1 run of 6.0 sqmm copper cable in and including 25mm PVC PVC casing capping shall be measured as one unit

M & L for distribution board (DB), double door (CRCA sheet) dust and vermin proof SPN 4way with 200 Amps rated copper busbar, neutral bar, earth bar and cable ties for cable management, reversible door for IP 43 & IP 54, single pole and neutral 250 Volts, flush to wall complete with IP 54 protection complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Single Pole and Netural enclosures with a two pin and earth metal plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB of 5 to 30 Amp, 240 Volt, B Curve, 10KA, IP 20 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for MCB single pole and netural 240 volt C curve 10 KA (32 to 63) Amps capacity IP 20 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for MCB single pole and netural, 5 to 40 Amp 240 volt B curve 10 KA, IP 20 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing heavy duty Exhaust fans AC single phase, 230/240 volts, 50 Hz, Metalic body, 300mm sweep, 1400RPM with louvers fixing with 4 Nos hold fastener nut and bolt with washer and connecting with flexible PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor cable of size 0.75sqmm from ceiling rose to exhaust fan including civil work for making opening on wall of suitable size for installation of exhaust fan and making good complete all as specified and directed. Supply & fixing GI pipe 40mm bore medium grade with all fittings such as unions, tee, nipple, short length and socket for connecting and fixed complete to wall and ceiling or laid in floors all as specified and directed.
