Taking down existing unsv ceiling fan of any sweep and size from fan hook from different location, disconnecting and sealing electrical line for annual maintenance/servicing; dismantling various parts of ceiling fan for repair/replacement, servicing etc., cleaning thoroughly, greasing of ball bearings, oiling of bush bearings, replacing split pin and rubber real, re-assembling the fan after serviceing, repair/replacement of worn out parts etc., and hanging in its original location complete with and including making electrical connection from ceiling rose to fan and testing complete all as directed. NOTE: Any major spare parts required for repair shall be paid separately under ser item No. 2 to 7 here-in-after, where as any minor parts i.e. greasing, oiling, split pin, rubber real, PVC canopy, rubber bush, hanging clamp etc., and those are not included in Schedule and required for smooth functioning of fans are deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

S&F in replacement of stator shaft suitable for fixing top and bottom bearings of ceiling fan of any size etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of ceiling fan condenser 2.5 Mfd 50Hz, 240 V etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of ceiling fan condenser 4.0 Mfd 50Hz, 240 V etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of ball bearing suitable for ceiling fan 1200mm dia sweep etc complete all as specified and directed.

All as per ser item No. 5 here in above but for size 1400mm dia sweep

S&F in replacement of Gun metal self lubricated bush suitable for ceiling fan of any size etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of Fan Condenser square type 1.5/1.85 Mfd 50Hz, 240 V etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of Gun metal self lubricated bush suitable for exhaust fan of any size etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing unsv geysers of any capacity and make from different locations as directed, disconnecting and sealing electrical and water connections for annual maintanance/servicing, removing existing grouted blunt threaded bolts, nuts & washers, dissmantaling the same for servicing including taking out sludge from inner tank and washing/cleaning with diluted Hydrochloric acid, seggregate worn out parts, carry out repairs, reassembling and refixing the same in its original location, connecting all electrical connections and water connections including making good to the disturbed surface and testing complete all as directed. NOTE: Any major spare parts required, if any, for repair shall be measured & paid separately under ser item No. 14 to 22 here-in-after, where as any minor parts i.e. indicator lamp, plug top etc., and those are not included in schedule and required for smooth functioning of geyser shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

S&F in replacement heating element threaded type/triangle type/round type with rubber washer (ISI marked), 2.0KW, suitable for 50 ltr Geyser capacity including necessary nuts, bolts and washers etc complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Sl item No. 14 here in above but 1.5 KW suitable for 25 ltr capacity

S&F in replacement Thermostat stem type, 12” long, suitable to adjust up to 70ºC for Geyser etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement PVC steel braided inlet/outlet connection pipe 15mm dia, 450mm long with two numbers brass union, nipple, check/end nuts with washers, etc, for hot water and cold water connections etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for repairs of leakage to geysers of 25 ltrs capacity of any make by spot copper brazing and pressure testing for leakage etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out carefully burnt starter assembly & burnt copper winding as directed, cleaning stator slots and providing new paper insulation within slots, rewinding of stator assembly with new supper enamelled copper winding wire of appropriate gauge suitable for 1400mm (56") dia sweep ceiling fan complete including varnishing, backing, re-assembling the ceiling fan motor after re-winding and hanging including making electrical connection from ceiling rose to fan and testing at all speed etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for annual painting of ceiling fan of any size; scraping out of old existing paint with emery paper and painting with one coat of approved quality synthetic enamel paint in existing colour by spraying including filling cavities, re-assembling the ceiling fan after painting and hanging in its original location including writing MES No. and testing etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling incoming and outgoing pipes from solar water storage tank and solar panel and all electrical components, cleaning completely water tank, solar panel and all the pipes properly and re-connecting and re-assembling the solar water heating system in its original location complete with and including provn of new cable of existing size and testing etc complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: Minor parts, if any, other than those specified in the schedule and required for smooth functioning of solar geyser shall be deemed to be included in the quoted

M&L for repair of solar panel including replacement of worn out/damage accessories as per existing specification and making all electrical and water connections etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, connecting and testing UPVC high pressure pasted pipe all as per ASTM - 1785 sch 80 as per IS-554, with working pressure upto 10 Kg/cm2 of size 15mm dia including fixed complete to walls, ceiligs or in floors etc., with all fittings including taking down existing UNSV one etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F gun metal, globe or gate valve with ISI mark IS-778 Class-I of size 15mm dia wheel head screwed both ends suitable for fitting with UPVC pipe etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Ball brass valves, high pressure, with polythene float and fly nut, with epoxy coated Al Rod complete screwed of size 15mm bore for PVC over head tank inside UPVC/PPR pipe and fixed etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks triple layer of capacity 250 litres, 100% UV stabilised, rust proof, Algae formation protection, free maintainance, asthetic design, Cylindrical vertical with closed top, hoisted and fixed in position and connecting up etc complete all as specified and directed in SSR Part - I NOTE: PVC water tank should be triple layer (i.e., White layer-maintains water temperature; Black layer-protects from UV radiation; Blue layer-for better visibility inside tank)
