Material, labour , testing & commissioning of straight through jointing kit, heat shrinkable type suitable for XLPE/ PVC cables of size 6 to 50 Sqmm 3.5/4 core with working voltage 1100 volts complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for GI pipe light grade 40 mm dia for cable protection on road crossings /plinth protection with fixed to the pole wall etc. suitable fittings for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down defective LED street light fitting of any size/capacity from height of pole/walls/high mast of any location exceeding 7.0 m height for repair work and re-fixing back after repair work including checking, inspecting, testing and commissioning complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: a) The M/L for Items like electronic drivers, surge protection devices etc. shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items here in under this Schedule. b) Necessary tools like ladders & other T&P required etc. shall be arranged by the Contractor. c) The rate quoted deemed to be inclusive for minor parts nut bolts, circle clips, clamps etc. if any required at site. d) The M/L for repairs to LED panel is not included in the scope and shall be measured and paid separately.

S&F in repair new automatic street light timer switch for LED street light using infrared sensor based nature switch for automatic switching of street light 230 volt, single phase of cap 5-8 KW outdoor type factory made IP-65 protection having nature switch operating should be based on natural light flux level and selector switch to change the mode of operation supply indicator with including SMC box and locking arrangement. the sensor alongwith power contactor of Cap 40 Amp and incoming and outgoing MCB TPN Cap upto 40 Amp with auto manual operation and overvoltage and overcurrent protection and auto trip & auto reset making arrangement incl internal wiring of copper cable FRLS 10 Sqmm single core multistranded and mounted arrangement with clamp and nut bolt on wall/pole, dust proof and temper proof complete all accessories as required and provided by manufacturer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repair Electronic driver potted type IP-65, suitable for 90 to 120 W LED light fitting complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair Electronic driver potted type IP-65, suitable for 70 to 80 W LED light fitting complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair Electronic driver potted type IP-65, suitable for 30 to 60 W LED light fitting complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair Surge protection device of capacity 10 KV suitable for LED light fitting complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting from electric supply and remove from bracket/pole and dismantling LED light fitting of capacity 25 to 120 W, by strip opening the electronic driver, LED panel complete, identifying defective LEDs, make it functional by complete soldering, replacement of pitted control wiring from LED panel to driver etc. complete, including testing and commissioning all as specified and directed.

Taking down old unserviceable security light fittings from any height and Supply & fixing LED security light fittings comprising of epoxy powder coated housing, enclosed with PC cover in frame,(with total lumen output not less than 2500 lumens and suitable wattage for efficiency not less than 100 lumens/Watt) min wattage 30 watt, with ingress protection IP 65/66 and SPD of capacity 10 KV etc. incl necessary clamps etc. complete and testing on completion all as specified and directed. Note: The GI pipe bracket if required will be measured and paid separately under relevant schedule items.
