Replacement of 11kV Switchboard and Auto-Transformer of ASU-II at Top-II Sub-station, for Power Distribution Department.

• The bidder should be an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) of 11 KV or higher grade transformer and the bidder shall have a bid specific pre-bid agreement with manufacturer of 11 KV VCB panels. Documentary evidence of the agreement shall be submitted along with the bid. In addition an undertaking from the manufacturer shall be submitted stating that in the event of the order they shall supply 11 KV VCB panels as per tender specification and shall be responsible for supervision of erection and commissioning of the same.

OR

The bidder should be an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) of 11 KV VCB panels and the bidder shall have a bid specific pre-bid agreement with manufacturer of 11 KV or higher grade transformer. Documentary evidence of the agreement shall be submitted along with the bid. In addition an undertaking from the manufacturer shall be submitted stating that in the event of the order they shall supply the 11 KV auto transformer as per tender specification and shall be responsible for supervision of erection and commissioning of the same.

OR

If the bidder is neither a manufacturer of 11KV or higher grade transformer nor a manufacturer of 11 KV VCB panels, then it shall have bid specific pre-bid agreements with Manufacturers of both 11 KV or higher grade transformer and 11 KV VCB panels. Documentary evidence of the agreements shall be submitted along with the bid. In addition an undertaking from the manufacturer (s) shall be submitted stating that in the event of the order they shall supply the 11 KV auto transformer and 11 KV VCB panels as per tender specification and shall be responsible for supervision of erection and commissioning of the same.

• The bidder must have Experience of supply, erection & commissioning of at least 01 nos. 6.6 KV or higher voltage class indoor switchboard panel along with cabling and associated electrical works in any PSU/Railways/Govt. Organization/ State or Central Utility Grid or a Public Limited Company/Joint Venture Company where at least one of the partners shall be Central or State Government Organization/ PSU, during last Ten (10) years as on date of issue of NIT.

• The Bidder should have minimum HT Electrical Contractor’s License issued by any Electrical Licensing Authority in India valid on the date of NIT. Self attested copy of the license shall be submitted with the bid.

• Consortium bidding is not allowed.

• a) The average annual financial turnover of the bidder for the last three (3) consecutive financial years ending 31st March 2024 should not be less than Rs.112 Lakhs. Turnover shall have the meaning ascribed to in section 2(91) of the Companies Act, 2013 or its subsequent revisions.

b) Net worth of the bidder should be positive in the financial year ending 31st March 2024, as per audited annual accounts.
