SPECIAL REPAIR TO CERTAIN ROADS AND PATHWAY AT VARIOUS UNITS AT RAMGARH CANTT UNDER GE RAMGARH

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness below or above GL including removing of demolished material/ debris from out side of MoD land as complete all as directed.

M&L for 25 mm thick cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in Leveling course complete all as directed.

Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar in floors, aprons, etc complete all as directed.

Providing and laying 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-40 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete all as directed.

M&L for 10 mm thick coloured vitrified Paver tiles of size in floors, not exceeding 0.36 sqm set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match over & including 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as directed.

Demolition of brick work build in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, complete all as directed.

M&L Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as directed.

M&L rendering 15mm thick on brick or concrete surface in Cement mortar (1:4) finishing external surface even and smooth w/o using extra Cement complete all as directed.

M&L Cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in, coping, window cill etc complete all as directed.

M&L for Preparing existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning cleaned surfaces with air compressor to remove all loose dirt etc and including applying evenly primary/tack coat with Paving bitumen (VG-30 grade) @5kg/10sqm on existing black top road complete all as directed. Note: Rate included for removing grass,vegitation/scum on black top surfacee grass, root & vegetation/scum complete to the entire satisfaction of Engr- in - Charge.
