Disconnecting main electrical connection of voltage stabilizer of any make, capacity from 50 KVA to 75 KVA and opening of stabilizer cover for checking/examining/replacing as required including connecting the same electrical connection after necessary repair complete all as directed. Transportation of voltage stabilizer of any make, capacity from 200 KVA to 250 KVA to civil workshop and returning back after necessary repairing work including loading & un-loading with & including necessary T&P complete all as specified and directed.

Transportation of voltage stabilizer of any make, capacity from 100 KVA to 160 KVA to civil workshop and returning back after necessary repairing work including loading & un-loading with & including necessary T&P complete all as specified and directed.

Transportation of voltage stabilizer of any make, capacity from 50 KVA to 75 KVA to civil workshop and returning back after necessary repairing work including loading & un-loading with & including necessary T&P complete all as specified and directed.

Draining out the transformer oil complete quantity of voltage stabilizer of any make, capacity from 200 KVA to 250 KVA and to keep the same in safe containers dismantling all the parts of voltage stabilizer with the help of hand operated crane or other suitable mean, re-fixing the all parts and assembling with the help of hand operated crane or by other suitable means, re-filing the existing drain out transformer oil and testing the voltage stabilizer complete all as specified. Note:- Spare parts shall be measured & paid separately.

Draining out the transformer oil complete quantity of voltage stabilizer of any make, capacity from 100 KVA to 160 KVA and to keep the same in safe containers dismantling all the parts of voltage stabilizer with the help of hand operated crane or other suitable mean, re-fixing the all parts and assembling with the help of hand operated crane or by other suitable means, re-filing the existing drain out transformer oil and testing the voltage stabilizer complete all as specified. M&L for re-winding of stabilizer coils of any type/make with superior quality super enamelled copper winding wire of suitable gauge and number of turns alongwith allied materials such as cork sheet, fibre glass insulation/paper isulation cotton, empire tape and woodeen blocks, bolts, nuts and washers, soldering and other packing materials complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for heat treatment at the workshop furnance of complete core before and after re-assembly of coil into limps after rewinding for stabilizer of any make/capacity complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Box made out of 3 mm (outer) CRCA sheet factory made wheather proof, dust proof and vermin proof duly powder coated with 04 Nos hindalco make aluminum busbar 200 Amps, 50 cm each (each busbar having 04 Nos of nuts, bolts, washers) horizentally placed on insulators suitable for hinged and lockable door arrangement complete with interconnections with aluminium solid strips, busbar chamber wall mounted type including fixed by anchor bolt & nuts complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note: Busbar shall be a front opening with cable entry from the bottom/upper).

Labour only for dismantling LT panel from one site and refix as desired loction within the radius of 2KM of MES complex including all civil work and electric work of LT panel all as specified and directed.

De-assembling submersible motor, three phase, 2900 RPM, 415 Volts, 50 Hz, capacities 10 HP to 22.50 HP for repair and re-assembling the same after necessary repair/ replacement of old defective/ damaged spare parts, complete all as specified and directed Note: New spare parts and repair for old serviceable spare parts will be measured and paid separately under respective items.

Rewinding of burnt/ damaged submersible motor with PVC insulated water proof, annealed solid copper conductor wire of 99.99 % purity of existing specifications and best quality, ISI marked or as per IE specifications, complete all as specified and directed.

De-assembling and removal from foundation the burnt/ non-working induction motors of any make, capacities 15 HP to 125 HP, three phase, 415 Volts, 50Hz send to contractor's workshop for repair and re-assembling, installation, commissioning and testing the same motor on full load after necessary repair/ replacement of old defective/ damaged spare parts, winding from the stator, cleaning the slots including one coat of spray painting matching to existing colour complete all as specified and directed. Note: New spare parts and repair for old serviceable spare parts will be measured and paid separately under respective items.

Rewinding of burnt/ damaged 3 Phase induction motor 1450 RPM, 50 Hz with super enamelled, copper wire of 99.99 % purity, best quality, of existing size specifications and size, incl varnishing, baking & replacement of insulating material ISI marked or as per IE specifications, complete all as specified and directed.
