Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutter (without taking off shutter from the frames) of any description not exceeding 1.5 Sqm each, including building hard wares etc & making good distrurbed surface of wall with CM 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutter (without taking off shutter from the frames) of any description exceeding 1.5 Sqm but not exceeding 4.0 Sqm each, including building hard wares etc & making good distrurbed surface of wall with CM 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

Forming jambs, etc, in CM 1:4 to openings (to foregoing item), including cutting, toothing and properly bonding into old work, also facing, jointing and pointing to match existing work, complete all as specified and directed

S & F solid PVC door frame of size 50mm X 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with mild steel square tubes suppyling & fixing in opening as per specification & drawing complete all as spcefied and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F for factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of mild steel tube for top and bottom rails. mild steel framed shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20 mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheet for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail, paneling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS framed welded/sealed to stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading & joined together with solvent cement complete all as fixing in the frame at site as per specification and drawing complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F 100mm size butt hinges medium weight cold rolled stainless steel (SS) complete all as specified and directed .

S&F 150 mm long aluminium anodised barrel tower bolts of extruded section and fixed all as specified and directed.

S&F 150 mm aluminium alloy handles of extruted section type, anodised complete all as specified & directed.

Hacking out old broken glass(any thickness, size, quality or description) from wooden frames/steel frames, glazed with oil putty or fixed with beads complete all as specified and directed

M & L for 3mm thick plain sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty not exceeding 0.50 Sqm in each pane,complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 3.0 mm thick frosted glass pin headed type in squares/ rectangular not exceeding 0.5 Sqm in each pane glazing with oil putty or aluminium frame/shutters with rubber neoprene beading complete etc all as specified & directed.

Dismantling stone slabs of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid bedded and pointed in any mortar, and removal of debries from site complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 18 mm to 20 mm thick granite slab (or any type) table rubbed and pre mirror polished in steps,jambs, pillar,window cill,cooking platforms and like in cement mortar1:4, set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite, over & including 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar(1:4) etc complete all as specifed and as directed.

S&F steel window with side hung shutters including box type hinges with steel handles and steel peg stay complete with glazing bars, dovetailed or welded with four Nos mild steel flat iron 25 mm X 3mm ,200 mm length (appx) & two Nos mild steel tower bolt 150 mm long and one peg stay on each leaf complete all as specified and directed

S& F in repair for Galvanised mild steel wire cloth, 0.45 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.18 mm and fixed with tinned tacks, or galvanised wire staples windows complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for prepartion of new or previously untreated steel surface of any description , not otherwise described over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified & directed.

S&F for 1.25 mm thick pressed steel frames of size 105 mm x 60 mm for doors with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate, etc including plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-0 (using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in filling in pressed steel door complete all as specified and directed. Note: The quoted unit rate under this item shall deemed to be included (i) one shop coat of primer (ii) a coat of bitumen paint of inner side of pressed steel door frame before filling of PCC.

M&L for coloured ceramic glazed tiles 375mm x 250 mm x 7mm/ 450 mm x 300 mm x 7mm thick, laid in vertical surface as in dado/skirting etc over & including 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4, set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in white or coloured cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for coloured non digital paver vetrified exterior tiles 10 mm thick (square / rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm in floors etc, over & including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6, set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10mm thick Light shade vitrified ceramic tiles polished area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm as in floors,set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match, over & including 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10mm thick Light shade vitrified ceramic tiles polished area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm laid in vertical surface as in dado/skirting etc over & including 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4,set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed.
