Providing and applying primer coat with Bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface with hydraulic broom and spraying primer at the rate of 0.85 Kg. (Zero decimal eight five Kilogram) per Square metres using mechanical means as per technical specification clause 502, and as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidents. Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.275 Kg. Providing and laying 25mm (Twenty five millimetre) compacted thick Bituminous Concrete with crushed stone aggregate of grading -II (Two), 13.2 (Thirteen point two) millimetre nominal size, using bitumen VG-10 (VG-Ten) minimum 5.5% (Five point five percent) of weight of mix and filler on thoroughly cleaned surface by mechanical broom and dust removed by compressed air, mixed in computerised batch mix/HMP of 80-100 (Eighty to hundred) TPH capacity calibrated from time to time, mixing the bituminous concrete, transporting the mix material in clean insulated vehicles covered while in transit or awaiting, tipping and laying with hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required level alignment and grade, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem power road roller to achieve the desired compaction as per MORT&H specification clause 507( 5th revision) complete , within all leads and lifts including carriage of materials, plants and equipments by mechanical transport, as per the direction of Engineer-in- Charge. Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated plain cement concrete Grade- M-20 (M-Twenty) in open foundation nominal mix 1:2:4 (one cement : two sand : four graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimetre) nominal size using cement contents not less than 330 Kg (Three hundred thirty kilogram) per cubic metre on ground or under water and curing complete including pumping or boiling out water, dewatering, removal of slush which may arise at the time of laying concrete complete for all height/ depths including cost of form work in open foundation as per drawing and MORD technical specification section 800, 900, 1200 including carriage of material with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per the entire satisfaction and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.
