Excavation in foundations, trenches etc., in earth work, lift upto 1.50 Metres stacking the eacavated soil not more than 3 metres clear from the edge of the excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm. layers, when required in to plinths sides of foundations etc., consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed with in a lead of 20 metres unusable material as directed with in all leads & lifts including restoration of unmetalled surfaces to its original condition complete in all respects with in all leads & lifts as per the entire satisfaction & directions of Engineer- in- charge. (20 meters in pick 90%, jumper work 10%).

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement: 3 sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth with in all leads and lifts as per the direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying Reinforced cement concrete work 1:1.5:3 (1 cement: 1.5 sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in:

Foundations, footings bases of columns and the like and the mass concrete.

Walls ( any thickness but not less than 0.10m thicknes) including attached butteresses, pillaster plinth and string courses etc. from top of foundation level upto floor two level complete with in all leads and lifts as per the direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15 mm thick welded with angles iron in frame 30 x 30 x 5 mm so as to give a fair finish including centering shuttering struting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 meters and removal of the same for in-situ- reinforced concrete and plain concrete in complete with in all leads and lifts as per the direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Foundation, footing, basis of columns & the like and mass concrete complete in all respect with in all leads and lifts as per the direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs, landings and the like.

Vertical surface such as wall (any thickness) partition and the like including attached pillasters, butresses, etc. plinth and string course and the like complete job in all respects with in all leads and lifts as per the direction and best satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge

(i) Up to 4.00 Mtr.

(ii) Beyond 4.00 mtr to 31.10 mtrs.

Columns, pillars posts and struts ( circular in plan) upto floor four level.

(i). Up to 4.00 Mtrs height

Beams, cantilever, girders and lintels :- sides and soffits of beams, beam haunchings, cantilevers, bressumers and lintels not exceeding 1.00 Mtr. in depth in all heights from floor

Providing form work of ordinary timber plankings, so as to give a rough finish including centering, shuttering, propping etc with wooden battens & ballies height of propping and shuttering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4.00 meters below supporting two level in arches complete with in all leads and lifts as per the direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing Mild steel/Tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending, binding and placing in position complete in all respect with in all leads and lifts as per the direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing in RCC work smooth finishing of the exposed surface with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 sand) complete with in all leads and lifts as per the direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surfaces (two coats) to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered material etc. complete with in all leads and lifts as per the direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and Fixing SFRC Man hole cover of 500mm (MC) dia with frame as per relevant codes and specifications. The weight of frame and cover should not be less than 100 kg complete in all respect with in all leads and lifts as per the direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Laying, jointing and testing in trenches to be levelled, to grades, GI flanged pipes of following diameter and Flange Table -5 a per IS :6392-1971, conforming to IS:1239-1990 ( Part-II) having minimum wall thickness and class of pipes specified below, provided and jointed with MS flanges confirming to tables as specified below of BIS 6392-1971, excluding the cost of execavation in trenches complete in all respect , welded at both ends according to relevant BIS standards and detailed specifications complete, with nut & bolts of required sizes, 3mm thick compressed asbestos fiber jointing gasket or synthetic rubber gasket confirming to relevant BIS codes, including all kinds of flanged short pieces, bends, tees & other specials etc made from parent tubes & provided and welded with flanges of tables as applicable for the particular reach as per site conditions, including flushing,cleaning & hydraulic testing of pipe as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Laying, jointing and testing of GI pipes (Light Class) of following diameter screwed and socketted pipes, including GI fittings in all leads and lifts as per the directions and satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge, (Earth work in trenches to be measured and paid for seperatly) .

Constructing chamber for sluice valve with CI surface box 100 mm top dia. 160 mm bottom dia. & 180 mm deep (inside) with chained lid RCC top 1:2:4 mix(1 cement: 2 sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) 100 mm thick foundation concrete 1:5:10 mix( 1 cement: 5 sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) & inside plastering with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 sand)finished with a floating coat of neat cement i/c curing complete 600X600X750 mm inside size. with 150 mm thick walls of RCC 1:2:4 ( 1 cement: 2 sand :4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) complete with form work & reinforcement with 6 mm bars at not exceeding 150 mm centres both ways complete in all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.
