Removing Sand material by mechanical means depositing upto 100 meters where directed complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Cutting in cement concrete of 200 mm deep and 10 mm wide by early entry saw cut using diamond bi-cutter of appropriate size, straight and smooth edges. Joint cleaned thoroughly with application of compressed air. Joint shall be made dry, vacuum cleaned and free of dirt, oil, vegetation and othe debris complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY

Supply, installing , testing and commisioning step down Transformer, indoor type , HT 11 KV, 3 phase, LT 433 volts, 50 Hz ,3 phase 4 wire oil cooled (ONAN) including of first fiil of transformer oil of dielectric strength not less than 50 KV,electrolyte grade ,copper wound in accordance with vector group DYN 11 with neutral brought out on LV side with tapping on HV side to vary secondary voltage upto + or - 7.5 % instep of 2.5% with externally operated off load type tap changing switch ,locking arrengement , Energy efficient Level 3 rated complete with all standard fittings all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge of capacity 1000 KVA with following technical features:- Make : Legrand / Scheinder / ABB / Indian Transformer & Electricals, Gurgaon / Volt Amp Ltd Baroda a) Rating- HV-11KV , LV 433 volts b) Winding connections- HV-Delta, LV-Star c) Tappings on HV :- +- 2.5%, total; 7.5% ,OFF Circuit links. d) Insulation class - 'H' e) Applicable Standards -IS:1180 /IEC-60726 (As per latest amendment) f) Enclosure/housing- made of not less than 2mm thick CRCA sheet , IP-23 ,for indoor location ,powder coated, duly ventilated. g) Termination- (i) HV & LV cable box for easy connection. (ii) HV&LV cable glands of standard rating. h) Duty - Distribution transformer. j) Noise level:-Less than 69 Db at 1 mtr. k) Full load losses :- As per latest IS. l) No load losses:- As per latest IS. n) Protection Device (i) Protection relay against temperature rise for tripping and ,alarm be also provided to sound during high temperature of winding. (ii) Surge protection (iii) Protection against over current and earth fault. Note :- i) The Contractor shall submit the technical drawing, Constructional drawings, safety features drawing, Factory certificate etc for approval of accepting officer. (ii) the cost of platform for installation of transformer according to OEM reccomondation deemed to be included in rate quoted. (iii) The contractor shall intimate for factory inspection for routine tests as per IS & ANSIC-57.12.90 (Latest revision) in the OEM factory in presence of rep of nominated by accepting officer before despatch from factory.

OUTGOING a) 800 amps 4 pole ACB with TM based release for complete LSIG protections and suitable for 415V, 50 Hz, A.C Supply and having Ics = Icu= 50 KA. The ACB shall be complete as per technical specifications - 01 Nos. b) 400 amps 4 pole MCCB with TM based release for complete LSIG protections and suitable for 415V, 50 Hz, A.C Supply and having Ics = Icu= 36 KA. The MCCB shall be complete as per technical specifications- 01 Nos c) 250 amps 4 pole MCCB with TM based release for complete LSIG protections and suitable for 415V, 50 Hz, A.C Supply and having Ics = Icu= 36 KA. The MCCB shall be complete as per technical specifications- 01 Nos d) 100 amps 4 pole MCCB with TM based release for complete LSIG protections and suitable for 415V, 50 Hz, A.C Supply and having Ics = Icu= 36 KA. The MCCB shall be complete as per technical specifications- 01 Nos Note for Ser item No 8.03 and 8.04 (i) The Contractor shall submit the technical drawing, Constructional drawings, safety features drawing, Factory certificate etc for approval of accepting officer. Supply and fix Servo Voltage stabilizer for automatic operation, three phase, naturally oil cooled, indoor type, copper wound class of insulation 'H' , micro processsing control , with digital metering & designed for input variation between 300 V to 480 V with output voltage stabilized at 415 with accuracy ± 2.5% and speed of correction 8 Volts per second and of capacity 1000 KVA , ,the details technical drawing and specification to be submitted for approval of Accepting officer.

Supply and laying of Double Walled Corrugated (DWC) HDPE pipe of following size of conforming to IS 16205 Part -24 including necessary bends,coupling ,tees, reducers, spacers,end caps, rubber rings etc having pressure rating not less than 450 N through trenches/wall/floor/on pole in any type of soil for protection of electric cable complete all as directed by Engr-In Charge

M&L for Rectangular RCC Route Marker, 750x200x75 MM including letters writing ( HT Cable 11000 V) including fixing with PCC complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sounding technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 150 mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure. Note- Contractor shall be drill hole without damages to existance utility, if occur, it will be repaired by contractor (No extra amount should be paid to Contractor for repairing).

Material and labour for GI perforated cable tray made out of not less than 2 mm thick GI sheet including anchor fasteners, supporting whole threaded rod, bolts, nuts, washers etc. complete all as specified and directed.
