Supply of 2.0 Ton, 5 Star Invertor Split Type Air-Conditioner units fitted with Inverter Rotatory sealed compressors (High EER Rotary) operating on refrigerant R410 / Eco Friendly Green Gas, confirming to IS 1391 (Part-2)/1992 with latest amendment suitable for operation on 230V ±10%, 50Hz, Single Phase AC Supply complete with Indoor and Outdoor Units, Cordless Remote Control and all acessaries including copper piping & electrical wirings between the indoor outdoor unit (upto 3 Mtr) etc. complete as required.

Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 1.5 TR / 2 TR Inverter Split type complete with Indoor and Outdoor Units, Cordless Remote Control and all acessaries including electrical connections between the indoor outdoor unit, suitable size of MS stand / Bracket Stand for out door unit and wall cutting, hole cutting, plastering and making wall good condition etc. complete as required.

Supply and laying of extra copper refrigerant (Suction & Discharge) pipies beyond 3.0 Meters along with insulation & protective covering including suitable size electrical cable from Indoor to Outdoor etc. complete as required as per tonnage requirement of respective split ac (Suitable for 1.5 TR/2 TR) etc. complete as per site requirement.

Providing and laying of 20mm OD CPVC Drain pipe with proper slope including connections with AC drain etc. complete as required.

Providing and fixing of 75mm x 75mm size UPVC Panel truncking etc. as required.

Supply and fixing of digital / electronic timer switch for alternate running of Split AC units having auto / manual mode, Under Voltage and Over Voltage protection etc. and connections complete as reqd.

S.I.T.C. of 160A, Four Pole LT on load changeover switch confirming to IS:13947 (Part-3) with SS Enclosure and handle assembly etc. complete including connection of incomming and outgoing cables etc. as required.

Supply of following size of 1.1 KV grade multicore aluminium conductor XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed armoured cable as per IS : 7098 : 1988 with upto date amendments. (a) 3.5C X 70 Sq. mm

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size on wall surface as required. (a) Above 35 sq. mm and upto 95 sq. mm (clamped with 25x3mm MS flat clamp)

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required. (a) 3.5C X 70 Sq.mm (38mm)

Supplying and fixing of following ways surface/ recess mounting, type, 415 V, TPN MCB distribution board of sheet steel, dust protected, duly powder painted, inclusive of 200 A, tinned copper bus bar, common neutral link, earth bar, din bar for mounting MCBs (but without MCBs and incomer) as required. (Note: Vertical type MCB TPDB is normally used where 3 phase outlets are required.) (a) 6 way (8 + 18), Double door

Supplying and fixing of following rating, four pole, 415 V, isolator in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required. (a) 63 A

Supplying and fixing 6 A to 32 A rating, 240/415 V, 10 kA, “C” curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of following poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required. (a) Single pole

Wiring for circuit/ submain wiring alongwith earth wire with the following sizes of FR PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/ recessed medium class PVC conduit as required (a) 2 X 6 sq. mm + 1 X 6 sq. mm earth wire

Wiring for circuit/ submain wiring alongwith earth wire with the following sizes of FR PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/ recessed medium class PVC conduit as required (a) 2 X 10 sq. mm + 1 X 6 sq. mm earth wire

Supplying and fixing metal box of 180mm X 100mm X 60mm deep (nominal size) on surface or in recess with suitable size of phenolic laminated sheet cover in front including providing and fixing 6 pin 15/16 A socket outlet and 15/16 A piano type switch, connections, painting etc. as required.

All Inclusive Comprehensive Maintenance & repair Contract of above 1.5 TR / 2.0 TR Split type air cooled airconditioner Units (cooling / Cooling+Heating) i/c supply & replacement of defective compressor by approved make compressor & other defective component, i/c rewinding of motor pertaining to AC units (all material for replacement), replacement of drain pipe, capacitor, relay, thermostat, Gas Charging etc. as per site requirement and as and when required in the event of any break down/Malfunctioning of the AC Units etc. as required. (All materials for repalcement/rewinding to be arrange by contractor). (Rates Job per unit per Year)
