Project Management Consultancy (PMC) for Fire Fighting Facilities for Fishing Harbour -As per NFPA 1 Code (National Fire Protection Association 1 Code) SCOPE OF WORK: 1. Preparation of Detailed Project Report (DPR) for providing Fire Fighting Facilities at Fishing Habour/ VPA (As per NFPA 1 Code) duly studying the entire fishing jetties of berths including electrical works like Sub- Station, Panels, Power and Control Cables etc., and Civil Works. 2. Design and Drawing 3. Preparation of Estimates 4. Preparation of Tender Documents 5. To assist in Evaluation and Finalization of Tenders by VPA 6. Supervision of execution of works till completion of the project. PERIOD:- a) 3 (Three) months for preparation of DPR including Design, Drawings, Estimation, Preparation of Tender documents, Evaluation of Tender Documents and Finalization of Tenders with the approval of VPA officials. b) 18 months for Scrutiny of Technical specifications for equipment, pipeline, Electrical cables etc., placement of orders and procurement in coordination with contractor Supervision of entire project work till commissioning of the Total system / Project work. The consultant have to plan accordingly and work and the total consultancy charges quoted shall be for total completion of work, no extra charges will be payable.
