Amount

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre depth for foundation of poles, laying of cables etc not exceeding 10 sqm on plan area and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches n. exc. 1.5 mtr wide and depth exceeding 1.5 mtr but not exceeding 3 meter complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, of soil including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as specified and as directed .

Removing excavated material to a distance n.exc 50M and deposited/ spreaded where directed at a level n. exc 1.5 M above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed .

Materials and labour for sand filling around the cable with approved quality coarse sand for sand cushioning of under ground cable including spreading and punning down complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Punned down thickness shall be measured.

Supply & Laying for un reinforced precast concrete cable cover Class HV Type-2, flat of size 450 X 180 X 40mm, embosed as "MES HT CABLE" for under ground cable protection in trenches with gap between adjacent precast concrete cover not exceeding 10mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labour for brick protection cover to underground cables with sub class ‘B’ over burnt brick of size 23 X 11.5 X 7.5 cm, (locally available best quality), laid dry and flat abutting each other with gaps not exceeding 10mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for PCC (1:2:4), type B1, (using 20mm graded stone aggregate), as in cills, coping, benching on chajja, roof kerbs, bed blocks and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamferred angles and throating with and including necessary formwork complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for PCC (1:2:4) type B2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation of pole complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling, lean concrete and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Cable route indicator embrossed " MES HT 11 KV UG Cable" and route of cable with arrow made of CI in suitable eliptical shape and fixed on angle iron 40x40x6mm, 800mm long painted in Brown Colour with two coats of synthetic enamel paint cover a coat of red oxide primer duly embaded in PCC block type B-1, (1:2:4) of size 0.40x0.40x0.40m in ground complete all as directed and specified.

Dismantling of overhead ACSR / AAC conductor from existing electric pole complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Aluminium conductor steel reinforced (ACSR) conductor as in over head electric line and streaching the same between two poles for required span with standard gauge and size of ACSR and binding the conductor with pin / shackle insulator and jumper with aluminium binding wire not less 2.00 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for trimming of various sizes of tree branches which are touching / close to LT over head line at various place and clear the LT over head line upto 3.00 metre from conductor close to tree along pole to pole complete all as specified and directed. (Note: (a) All the safety equipments, cutting materials, ladder etc requirred for the work to be provided by the contractor. (b) Pole to pole distance to be measured in span. (c) The cutting shall be done two times during the contract period as requirred basis.)

Material and labour for preparation of rusted surface of HT/LT steel pole with brackets of any size/shape/type at any height and painting with aluminium paint and alternate color of sky blue 3 strip and white paint 2 strip of 30 cm height at bottom of the pole (1.5 Mtr from ground) and numbering the pole 5 cm height black paint with back ground yellow paint 10 cm dia circle complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of RCC / steel pole or any size / struts etc including breaking up PCC foundation complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing steel tubular swaged pole, type 410 SP 55 (Overall length 11.00 meter) conforming to IS-2713 (Part 1 to 3) 1980 complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and washers, screws. Pole shall be painted with two coat of black bituminous throughout internally and externally upto planting depth and the remaining external portion shall be painted with two coats of aluminum paints over a coat of red oxide primer including painting from bottom to 1.2m height alternative with 30cm red and white strip and writing pole no with black paint on yellow background complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: Excavation and earth work and PCC shall be measured and paid separately under respective items)

Dismantling of corroded / rusted / defective cross arms of MS channel or angle section etc and stacking serviceable cross arms for re-use complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Cross arm bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only Cross arm bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: Serviceable material retrived from serial item No. 18 shall be re-used)

Dismantling of old unserviceable insulator, any type / size complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Pin type insulator, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut, 100mm height, 65mm dia for 1100 volts grade confirming to IS-2486 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing shackle type insulator, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator of size 75 mm height, 90 mm dia including MS strip 31 x 3 mm washers, insulator bolts 12 mm dia and nut suitable for working pressure 1100 volts grade confirming to IS-2486 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing Pin type insulator, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut, 150mm height, 150mm dia for 11000 volts grade confirming to IS-2486 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing Disc type insulator, porcelain, vitreous, 145 mm high and 255 mm dia ball and socket type, white, brown or green 'Two in series' disc assembly including nuts, bolts as requirred for 11000 volts grade confirming to relevant IS complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of old unserviceable damaged stay assembly embedded in concrete including demolition of PCC complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing stay assembly with using 16 mm diameter of stay rod complete with accessories as shown in electrical plate No. 1 all as specified and directed. (Note: loop type insulator, stay clamps, excavation and concrete shall be measured and paid separately)

Supply and fixing loop type insulator, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green large size with overall dimension 90 x 1400 mm, clearence of hole 25.5 mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing galvanised stay strand, 7/3.15 mm complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of earthwire or cradle guard complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing cradle guard hexagonal / rectangular fabricated with galvanised steel wire 4 mm dia on road crossing and streching the same with LT / HT overhead lines and binding the conductor with GI binding wire of suitable size complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repair phase separator for over head LT line 4 wire system all as specified and directed.

Dismantling old unserviceable air break gang operated switches vertical / horizontal mounted including insulator and operating mechanism for repair / replacement of broken / worn out components and insulator etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing triple pole mechanically operated air break isolator (GOD), vertical mounting, rotating type, mounted on insulator and steel frame with operating mechanism worked from ground level complete in all respect such as gun metal moving contacts and spring loaded gun metal fixed jaws, knife copper jumper strip etc, suitable for 11000 Volts grade, with 9 insulator of rating upto 400 Amps complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling / Taking down old unserviceable drop out expulsion fuse single pole alongwith all accessories complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing expulsion type drop out fuse unit suitable for 11000 volt and current rating upto 200 Amps shall be mounted on and including MS channel complete with two post insulator for 11000 volts including necessary clamps, nuts, bolts , washers, the exposed steel surface shall be painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out existing old unserviceable LT UG, PVC, XLPE insulated strip / wire armoured multistranded alluminium conductor cable from trench / duct / pipe including stacking serviceable cable for reuse complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down of HT 11 KV cable after disconnecting from both ends, any size complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, Laying connecting & testing XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed, armoured HT electric power UG cable (heavy duty with stranded aluminum conductor) of size 120 Sqmm, 3 core, 11000 Volts(Earthed) grade, confirming to IS-7098 (Part-II) laid through duct/ pipe / in trench etc. with cable glands & suitable size of aluminium lugs complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Earth work, Precast PCC cable cover protection and sand cushioning and GI Pipe Shall be measured and paid separately under respective item.

Supplying, Laying connecting & testing XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed, armoured HT electric power UG cable (heavy duty with stranded aluminum conductor) of size 95 Sqmm, 3 core, 11000 Volts(Earthed) grade, confirming to IS-7098 (Part-II) laid through duct/ pipe / in trench etc. with cable glands & suitable size of aluminium lugs complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Earth work, Precast PCC cable cover protection and sand cushioning and GI Pipe Shall be measured and paid separately under respective item.

Supply and laying under ground XLPE insulated PVC sheathed (Heavy duty) armoured 1100 volts grade aluminium conductor cable of size 300 Sqmm 3.5 core laid in trenches or fixed to wall / pole / ceiling as per IS 7098 (Part I) including connection cable glands, aluminium lugs etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Earth work, brick protection and sand cushioning and GI Pipe will be measured and paid separately under respective item.

Supply and laying under ground XLPE insulated PVC sheathed (Heavy duty) armoured 1100 volts grade aluminium conductor cable of size 95 Sqmm 3.5 core laid in trenches or fixed to wall / pole / ceiling as per IS 7098 (Part I) including connection cable glands, aluminium lugs etc complete all as specified and as directed. Supply and fixing in replacement for HT 11 KV (Earthed) grade heat shrinkable end termination jointing kit outdoor type complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of HT 11 KV grade heat shrinkable jointing kit straight through type complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3.0 core earthed PVC insulated, sheathed aluminium conductor cable of size 70 to 95 sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement for LT 1.1 KV grade heat shrinkable jointing kit straight through type complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3.5 core PVC insulated, sheathed aluminium conductor cable of size 300 to 400 sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement for LT 1.1 KV grade heat shrinkable jointing kit straight through type complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3.5 core PVC insulated, sheathed aluminium conductor cable of size 70 to 150 sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Laying 80mm bore GI tubing light grade with all fitting for passing of cable under road, on wall or on pole with and incl clams, nuts, bolts etc incl taking down old unserviceable GI tubing od any size incl cutting, chases to wall/ floor and making good surface complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and Laying 100mm bore GI tubing light grade with all fitting for passing of cable under road, on wall or on pole with and incl clams, nuts, bolts etc incl taking down old unserviceable GI tubing od any size incl cutting, chases to wall/ floor and making good surface complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Disconnecting and taking down distribution transformer outdoor type 11 KV / 415 volts having capacity 63 KVA, 100 KVA , 315 KVA and 500 KVA transportation to the workshop for repairs including opening of transformer cover, draining out oil, detanking of core and coil assembly , cleaning, washing of dust and dirt from all parts including core, tank and cooling tubes radiators etc, joint inspection for estimate, replacement of defective parts, assembly, stage inspection, re-tanking, oil filtration / dehydration, filling of dehydrated oil and fresh oil and testing the repaired transformer for all the routine test as per IS 2026 (Part-I):2011 with latest amendments complete all as specified and directed. (Note: (a) Transformer oil shall be drained out by the contractor in suitable capacity of mild steel drums to be arranged by the contractor. The said drain out transformer oil shall be refilled in the transformer duly dehydration after repair and the cost shall deemed to be included in quoted rate except rate for dehydration. The rate of dehydration shall be measured and paid separately. (b) Rewinding of both HT and LT coil shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of this schedule. (c) Transportation charges of transformer from site to workshop and workshop to site after repair shall deemed to be included in quoted rate. (d) Transformer shall be repaired in the reputed workshop as decided by the GE. (e) The IR value of the dried winding before inserting the core in the shell shall be measured and recorded duly sighed by all concern.)

Supply and fixing porcelain HT bushing vitreous brown colour, 11 KV grade alongwith a set of oil seals and copper alloy stud, nuts, washers etc including dismantling existing HT bushing with copper alloy rod and disconnection of electrical connection of suitable size for primary side (HT side) of outdoor type 11 KV for 63 KVA upto and including 500 KVA distribution transformer of any make complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing porcelain LT bushing vitreous brown colour, 440 V grade alongwith a set of oil seals and copper alloy stud, nuts, washers etc including dismantling existing LT bushing with copper alloy rod and disconnection of electrical connection of suitable size for primary side (LT side) of outdoor type 440 Volt for 63 KVA upto and including 500 KVA distribution transformer of any make complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of gasket including arresting leakage of transformer oil by after draining out of transformer oil and refilling after replacement including disconnecting power supply for distribution transformer outdoor type 11 KV / 415 volts having capacity upto 500 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement HT coils made out of super enamelled HT copper winding wire of transformers all as per manufacturers design and No. Of turns and gauge of wire for transformer having capacity 63 to 500 KVA complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Coil to be replaced shall have same number of turns, gauge insulation value matching with manufacturer's design)

Supply and fixing in replacement LT coils made out of super enamelled LT copper winding wire of transformers all as per manufacturers design and No. Of turns and gauge of wire for transformer having capacity 63 to 500 KVA complete all as specified and directed. Material and labour for spray painting of transformers (any type power or distribution) of capacity upto upto and including 500 KVA (in situ) outdoor type, installed and located at different sites scattered area under AGE E/M Vairengte including the following:- (a) preparation of old surfaces by cleaning , scrapping, rubbing / polishing etc complete. (b) Painting with two coats of Duco paint (Grey) of approved make / quality. (c) Writing the SM MES No. of transformer on MS body of transformer complete all as specified and directed.

Dehydration and filtration of existing transformer / Servo stabilizer oil at different location with filtration machine and heating system to get the minimum di-electric strength of oil 50 KV minimum without disturbing the power supply system and refilling / topping up / replacement of unserviceable transformer oil conforming IS 335-1993 complete all as specified and directed. (Note: (a) Transformer oil required extra for refilling / topping up shall be measured and paid separately under the relevant item of this schedule. (b) Cost for testing of oil including T&P shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate.)

Supply only new transformer oil of dielectric strength not less than 60 KV and conforming to IS-335 of 1993 for filling / topping up of transformer up to desired level complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing breather including silica gel, indicating type 4 to 6 mm standard size of the particle, blue colour for transformer of capacity from 63 to 500 KVA including removing of old breather complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of lightening arrestor expulsion type complete with all fitings, transmission class, discharge capacity 65 KA suitable for working voltage of 11000 Volts including all necessary fittings all as per IS-3070 Part-III and IEC 1994 including dismantling of old unserviceable one complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement Danger notice plate of 25x20cm size and 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters(Local & Hindi language), figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with M.S. clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, for HT pole complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting and taking down upper cover of servo voltage stabilizer of capacity 600 KVA after disconnecting all electrical connections for repair, re-winding or R-phaseboosting transformer after dismantling defective copper conductor from core and re-winding the same with fresh copper conductor insulate with 'F' class insulator, replacement of worn out parts, suitable for 600 servo stabilizer, cleaning of dust and replacement with new complete wiring with FRLS copper conductor of suitable size in proper layout and tight with tie, and re-assemble the same with core complete all as specified and directed. Note: (a) New parts will be measured and paid separately under relevant items at supply only rates and cost of taking out unserviceable parts and fixing only of new part shall have deemed to be included in unit quoted rate except replacement of old wiring which is deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (b) Oil shall be drained out by the contractor in suitable capacity mild steel drums to be arranged by the contractor. The said drained out oil shall be refilled in the stabilizer duly dehydrated after repair and the cost thereof shall be included in unit rate quoted against the respective item of this schedule. Dehydration of oil shall be measured and paid separately. (c) Transportation charges of voltage stabilizer from site to workshop and workshop to site after repair shall deemed to be included in quoted rate. (d) The Servo Stabilizer shall be repaired in the reputed workshop as decided by the GE. (e) The IR value of the dried winding before inserting the core in the shell shall be measured and recorded duly sighed by all concern.

Supply only Dimmerstate (Variac) suitable for Servo voltage stabilizer of capacity 600 KVA with proper alignment complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only servo motor 20 Kg torque suitable for servo voltage stabilizer of capacity 600 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only servo controller and complete modification, control device, control protection etc (including electronic sensing card (PCB), Electronic sensing transformer, RC Network, Box for RC network etc) suitable for 600 KVA servo voltage stabilizer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Voltmeter 0-300 Volt suitable for 100 KVA and 600 KVA servo voltage stabilizer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only carbon bush of suitable size upto the capacity of 600 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only indicators of RYB of suitable size upto the capacity of 100 KVA and 600 KVA voltage stabilizer complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for painting of servo stabilizer after cleaning the body surface by rubbing with emery paper to remove oil stains, dust etc and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint by spray painting including writing SM No. / MES No. Capacity of Stabilizer of 600 KVA capacity all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting of HT connections and DC connections from existing bus bar and disconnecting trolley including servicing of complete parts of VCB, cleaning with carbon tetra chloride, lubrication of mechanical parts, adjustment and calibration of complete relays etc and checking complete parts, repairs to control wiring with single core PVC insulated copper conductors of existing size as required at site of VCB of make Crompton Greaves/Mega win/ABB of capacity 630 Amp for satisfactory running and replacement of defective spare parts, applying one coat of synthetic enemal paint on busbar, spouts and other connected parts and reassembling the same & re-connecting all HT & AC / DC connections complete in functional order including testing on existing load and calibration of existing VCBs installations with the help of instruments and testing on completion as follows:- (a) Check the protection system calibration of triple pole over load/earth fault relay with all three phase, trip supervision relay, lock out under voltage relay & out going. (b) To check the alarm system with hooter and reset push button system and auxiliary alarm cancellation relay system.

Taking out existing unserviceble 11 KV Potential transformer indoor type of ratio of 11000/110 volts supply, fixing, commisioning and testing of potential Transformes of ratio of 11000/110 volts all as directed and specified by Engr - In- Charge.
